I’m a young 64 and I have bat wings and flabby thighs too! I was in Scotland recently with my 74 year old cousin who is completely in shape and her hair and makeup always look fab… so, I’m going to follow her lead! Good luck ladies.

I’m 62 and did two hours on the rebounder. That’s right I’m still bouncing 😁. Seriously who knew that by doing a mini bounce, I mean that your feet don’t even leave the matt, you simply concentrate on keeping your legs, abs, glutes flexed the entire time. I've been doing your workouts 4-5 days a week since April 2021 after I suffered a heart attack. Ok, my first thought was 35 solid straight minutes of hiit might be too much for this 63 year old but i challenge myself and tried it this morning, it’s so doable, I’m not going to say it’s easy but I did complete it, yes I’m sweating and it was totally worth it, there’s new exercises in this video I haven’t seen Shelley do before which made it fun too.

First time I've done this workout (I've been doing other workouts of yours for 3 years or more). I really enjoyed it, but missed the chimes and/or bells at the end of each 30-second segment, to remind me to switch (getting old you know?! :)) And a side note, I love watching Buddy roam around doing your workouts, and your background is also peaceful and interesting to look at - good distractions!

A good new cardio workout thank you 🙏 I love your workouts and my heart rate is strong and I'm good and sweaty. I just wanted to add that I found this one a little confusing with the "coming up next" box in the middle of the screen for the whole 30 second walking/running interval. I missed doing that part of the workout with you and Buddy ❤ and lost my way a few times. Even if the box was smaller and up in the corner or alternatively just up for 10 seconds before the next exercise begins? That way I can enjoy your smiley face and Buddy's antics which really set me up for the day. It's like working out with a good friend ☺

Oh yeah! This kicked butt but I completed it. I kept my arms up the whole way even through the walking portion for a total of 300 seconds (5 minutes). They were on fire along with my legs🔥🔥🔥. This was a total 10+ as it involved every part of the body and HIIT! I followed with your challenging 15 Min Lose Belly Fat Sitting Down and your lovely 8 Min Best Daily Stretch. Wonderful 58 Minutes total today! Whew!

I'm 63 and do this workout holding 2 or 3 lb dumbbells when it works with the exercise. It takes it to the next level and gets my heart rate up too!
