    I love Sadghuru and the info he provides, but where do you find food anymore??? I grow my own, but the conditions of the soil are terrible... the growth rate is appauling and the heat is enormous. It burns the plants. Maybe India is still healthy....

    In Andhra Pradesh too Rayalaserma side ragi mudda consumed daily it is not fully ragi, ragi flour mixed with rice

    Could anyone explain why in Chinese practices (Chi Kung, QiGong, Chinese Medicine) there are 5 purifiable elements (fire, water, wood, earth, and metal/air), and in yogic culture, there are only 4 purifiable elements (fire, water, earth, and air). In other words, in yoga there is no wood element, why is that? I looked for this information in many places but couldn't find it.

    Shouldn't I do what I really want? If everyone started doing what is needed then everyone will started to do only limited things like help for provery, medical , environment issue.
    Then there will be no uniqueness at all.Then what is meaning of actor, actress, players, singers etc because that isn't that much needed.
    I really want to become an actor but now my choice become questionable 🙂💔
