    He is wise and I love listening to him.I am also plant based. I found other at 21 I had issues with Milk and Wheat but ignored it until I was older and my body was now shouting at me to STOP

    Glad we agree. Oats, peanut and sesame have been everyday foods for me for 50 years. Oats high in beta glucan and plant sterols, good for the heart. Peanut (groundnut) high in quality protein. Sesame, very high in calcium and monounsaturated oils. Just a few of their nutrients.

      And yes even in seeds, lentils b12 is present but bioavailability is way low & most nutrients get destroyed in our High desi heat style cooking.

      Though these are not freely available everywhere, these are the things I eat to make sure I am getting b12.
      Chlorella, which has massive amounts b12. Miso and tempeh also have some. Nutritional yeast has good amounts. Spirulina also has big amounts but there is some discussion about it being absorbed. Some mushrooms and seaweeds also have some. We must also remember that we probably need a lot less of this vitamin that we are told and can get by with very little and some can be made in the gut.There have been times when I did a blood test and I was told I was low in b12 but felt no symptoms of deficiency. I quickly boosted my levels back up with chlorella.

    the PPL in rural India had this and still have it...the millet changes depending on the region. I love the way he takes all credit for what PPL have been following for ages.

    I truly appreciate the effort behind this video in highlighting the benefits of Ganji and traditional practices-it’s such a valuable conversation to have.
    The point I was trying to make is that nutrition is deeply personal. While Ganji or other high-protein foods might be fantastic for someone aiming to boost their energy or recovery, they can be challenging for others. For example, people with chronic kidney disease (CKD) often need to limit certain minerals like potassium, phosphorus, and sodium, while still ensuring their diet is nutritionally rich. Similarly, those with IBS may struggle with digesting regular foods and require more specialized options. And then there are individuals managing multiple comorbidities, like high blood pressure, diabetes, and CKD-what options do they have? How much awareness exists about diets that cater to such complex needs?
    What often gets overlooked is the emotional side of this. People with these kinds of dietary restrictions often feel left out at the dinner table, watching others enjoy foods they can’t have. It’s a painful experience and one reason why I believe personalized nutrition is so important-not just for physical health but for emotional well-being too.
    Ultimately, my intent was to encourage awareness of how diverse our nutritional needs are and how a thoughtful, individualized approach can make everyone feel included and cared for. I hope this perspective adds to the richness of the discussion rather than detracting from the valuable content shared in the video.

      I have already been doing this😊 exact same thing for past one year which you just said. A handful of Soaked groundnuts, soaked almonds 10, raisins, 2 banana, and half a spoon of soaked flex seed and honey. I make a smoothy of it. I feel energetic throughout the day.

    From the old stories, Ramayana's Sanjeevini "infuser of life". Ayurvedic medicine knowledge once saved my life here in the US. A simple root returned my body to balance. The synthetic drugs they sell here only caused skin rashes and hives, the exact thing the US warns me that Ayurvedic medicine will cause. irony. Also these Satvic diets match exactly the Non FODMAP (sciences on food sugars). Another fantastic video.

    I don't know even what I want. Sometimes I think I really don't know about myself,sometimes I feel I don't know anything about existence..but now I feel that those questions arised bcuz somehow I feel something lacking in me...some kind of emptiness that has been for a longg time.       If i understood correctly it's a porridge with 14 ingrédients like lentils, millet, oat groundnut cardamome ...
      You can find the recipe in internet and do with what you find. (It doesnt have to be exactly the same) But no milk, use water. It's important. I did it today with cacao powder , delicious !

    When you soak the ground nuts (peanuts) over night, I'm guessing you just discard the water they were soaked in, or should you consume that water mixture as well?

      @@SeanMaass when u soak it Sadhguru says it removes pitta (negative) from the groundnut so that is in the water that u soaked it in, if u use that water the purpose is defeated.. u should use fresh water..

    I'm wondering how the Sadhguru,s daughter avoided getting vitamin B12 deficiency on only plant based diet without even milk , did he give her any supplements or what? Science is clear that if you're on a complete plant based diet you need to supplement with B12 , or you're at risk of deficiency

      Because Sadhguru says these are three things you should eat, that doesn't mean that is all you should eat. Watch his videos on the importance of dairy. Btw if you look up plants high in B12.....groundnuts are in the top 10.
