According to a Japanese comment, the train vehicle is from “Hokkaido Takushoku Tetsudo”(Hokkaido reclaiming railway) which is discontinued in 1968. I was so surprised to see a train moving properly still although the company has disappeared 50 years ago.
As we all know, their are thousands of roads and rail lines, in other countries, that are not safe, but are still used. Ride at your own risk. I highly suggest, that if you decide to sample one of these, to make your final resting place arrangements, before you make the trip. BON VOYAGE!
