Haha same! I was really confused how it worked, but then when I figured it out, it totally made sense, and became a cool implementation :) You're welcome!
You did an incredible job showcasing this pedal. Best video out there for an indepth review and overview of all tones. Great playing too, I loved those riffs.
Man, idk how many reviews I went through. While seeing fingers noodle through knobs, and hearing riff after riff. Your review really did justice to the SD-V4.
Thanks a lot dude! Appreciate kind words :) Glad you liked the review. I know this style of reviewing is boring to some people, but I really love hearing everything in detail how it works, when looking to buy that thing, so I try to offer the same in my reviews. SD-V4 really kills!
@@PetarMakesNoise Makes sense, helps understand its full potential. Was debating on keeping it, plug it in a couple hrs ago and dialed it in nicely and still had a plenty of room to fine tune. Looking forward to future reviews.
Curious how this compares to the Dire Wolf? I've heard the Savage lacks too much in the mids, nso it's not as thick and fat as the Dire Wolf? Have you played both? You sound great! :)
Man, fucking Finally. I sincerely thank you for PROPERLY EXPLAINING this pedal! I was undecided between the Savage or Parallel but you helped me decide on this one. Nice Caparison too! I have a red Dellinger. :•) Have a good weekend buddy.
@@PetarMakesNoise I bet man! Did you order it from Canada? Not sure where you're located, but I live in Holland. For me (and maybe you too?) www.guitarcandy.be is significantly more nearby and also stocks Airis. I'm hoping it'll be here by next Wednesday 👹
@@eddyray666 I also did order it over Bart from GuitarCandy! :) I live in Munich in Germany, so didn't want to deal with import taxes etc, so GuitarCandy is an amazing shop to order Airis stuff! And Bart is an amazing dude! He borrowed me his Airis Effect - Massacre Drive to play around until Savage arrived! Can't recommend him enough :D
Glad that it got fixed! I was just about to write a comment, as I was just reamping with Savage Drive and I didn't have any sort of similar issues. I had often power issues, but since switching to 1Spot Pro CS12 I never experienced anything - best investment possible for pedalboard, highly recommend!
@@PetarMakesNoise I think the voltage switch on the supply was using is bad. Just FYI.. I've actually never ever have had any noise issues with standard, RadioShack power supplies unless mixing with digital pedals. Not once in my entire life. Only when daisy chaining digital pedals with analog ones. Not even vintage fuzz pedals... Not even stacking 3 drives at once into a 5150. None of the voodoo labs, 1spots, etc have ever made a difference in noise, until I started using digital pedals here and there. In a pinch, if one had to use a digital pedal with their analogue gear, one would just have to put it on its own supply, thereby making it isolated. IMHO, the fancy ones are mainly to not have any issues mix-and-matching analog and digital, and to have the supply on the board and not interfere due to proximity. They keep things neat and avoid any possible issues. For one, the an AC adapter is usually away from one's pedals, so no direct interference there. I haven't tried with any of the newer, cheaper AC adapter supplies though. I have a bunch of older, high powered ones that can put out 1A, which is normally more than enough to power a bunch of analogue pedals... I think this one just has a bad switch. I also have well over 100 pedals.. Maybe 150? I never counted lol. Never an issue before!

Bro i totally thought the tight was just made backwards for some reason. I never knew the dirt flipped it back to normal. Thank youuuu

The tight sounds like it's a gate ,Basically
Nevermind... I think it was a power issue. It has been solved.
