Kovakkai- 250gm
Onion - 2 medium size
Tomato -4 medium size
Jeera- 1 tsp
Roasted Groundnut- 1/3 cup
Garam masala- 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste(optional) - 1 tbsp
Kasuri methi- 1 tbsp
Coriander- 1 tbsp
Oil - as required
Salt - as required
For stuffing inside kovakkai:
Strained tamarind juice- amla size
Powder made using:
Channa dal- 1 tbsp
Dhania- 2 tbsp
