I am pretty picky and get impatient sometimes when I’m not getting what I need from a class- I never have that with yours- love them love them!!! Why more teachers don’t play with all the possibilities is beyond me/ thank you!
In love with your longer classes! Would love to see a 60 minute class focussing on getting upside down (head and handstand training). Thank you so much ❤

This was such a beautiful practice Kaylie….really loved the funky juicy spicy variations within the different poses in the flow as well as the overall creativity in the flow of transitioning between the poses. I've been inspired to find out for a while - Looks pretty posh in there! Was looking for a 60 minute intermediate flow today and this called out as my chosen yoga flow today!
