I was just modifying my routine to drop standing overhead press and go back to incline bench overhead press. And continue posture correction. Confirmation is great.

I was doing 25kg dumbbells overhead press and as I was reaching failure, my left arm violently dropped and i felt a crack in the rotator cuff. Very little pain but it can be concerning in the future. What can I do to prevent that?
