Man awesome video. FULL THROTTLE Action packed. Amazing how you guys handled those big jigs and all the fish on them, congrats. Enjoyed very much felt like I was there too. 🙂
As always, an amazing video. Got to see a Mako, my favorite fish. Would love to see you guys do some costal vids with some interesting shoreline fish. Or brackish fish in around docks and stuff.
It’s such a cool feeling when you go to jig the rod and you discover something is there! It’s also great for discovering new spots. If you come across something on the sonar, you can drop a jig down real quick to test it. If it’s a decent spot you almost always get hit on the first drop.
I noticed white caps from a distance where the rain funnels were coming down. When it caught up to you I saw how the boat was getting tossed around a bit by watching the bow go up and down. Two or three-plus foot caps in going home at about 30-40mph, you are most definitely getting wet.
Groupers are awesome looking. I always wondered why they called Sea Bass - Sea Bass, I always thought a Grouper looked more like a Bass than any fish in the ocean. I’m 50 now, I don’t think I’ll ever get the chance, but scuba diving with Goliath Groupers and petting them, would be my dream. I love that orange fish with the big eyes, incredible color.
That was a well rounded trip, sick. I've got a ton of vertical jigging content on my channel, probably one of if not my favorite ways to produce a bite, so exhilarating.
The main problem was I had over 30 ounces of lead in the fish will not get down I had to vent a little bit for the work I fix that problem I got 4 pounds of lead now on the equalizer so it should not be any more problems
For lingcod here on the West Coast some of my favorite jigs are just a diamond-shaped chunk of lead no paint just bare lead or a small copper pipe filled with lead with some hooks in it
Hey guys, can you harvest the cheeks of the grouper that have been sharked. Seems like such a waste just to toss the head and remains back without collecting the cheeks?
Hi victor, Awesome caught, Try different seas of the world, You both are invited in my country as my guest, When you fishing in ARABIAN sea you forget all fishes taste ,,☺️☺️ Points are gawadar, astola island, charna island, pasni nd many more
probably the current is super strong up there, but i have been slow pitch jigging for a couple of years now here in playa del carmen and cozumel, Mexico in 400 to 450 ft and 500 to 600ft respectively for AJ and black fin tuna and i never have had the need for any jig heavier than 150 to 180 gr =/ in fact, in my jig bag, counting my speed jigs, nothig goes over 250gr.. and i have been decently successful =) you guys should come over if you havent been here already to the Yucatan Peninsula and HMU. i have an excelent charter captain for trolling wahoos when in season, spots with AJs, and tuna, you name it, he will put you on it.
Hi I was on that trip Ricky was using a Hearty Rise Slowjigging III S power 1 rod with a Wiki Jigging violent slow 1500 reel. If you are local the Rod Room in West Palm Beach has both in stock.
Kick the boat in reverse on an idle to hold the jigs straight up and down. Also, the red porgies are considered to be top notched in the Japanese world, and refer to them as "Red Bream."
i guess I'm old school.. these are the squirellyest rods I've ever seen. I'm just used to a massive chunky rod for bottom fishing like this. Guess I've missed out on rod tech.
Hey man Ik your a fishing making creator but can you make a hunting video and switch it up been watching you for years and I love your videos I have learned so much from you just wanted to say thank you
Vic and Ryan were fishing Shimano Ocea Jigger F Custom 1501 if you are local The Rod Room in West Palm has them in stock. They have them in both right hand and left hand retrieve.
Who wants to see more slow pitch jigging? I'm hooked!
Can we see more inshore redfish, snook etc
More sharks

I dooo🔥💯
I dont care what you do the videos are always amazing
You catched many big fish... So happy to watch your video...hello from Bali
Yes! More slow pitch jigging. It’s addicting ain’t it?? Something about that thump on a “light tackle” setup
Love the video once again!!! Awesome fishing and an awesome boat y’all are on!!!
Man awesome video. FULL THROTTLE Action packed. Amazing how you guys handled those big jigs and all the fish on them, congrats. Enjoyed very much felt like I was there too. 🙂

You just explained and demonstrated very well!
Love watching offshore fishing i miss it haven't been in years! My bucket list is to go again but I only have one day off a week!
Please Victor do some more slow pitch. With love from Trinidad and Tobago
Super cool seeing a charter captain using a Seaqualizer. I love mine. I feel a lot better about releasing fish suffering from barotrauma with it.
I try my best I always use the equalizer when I can
What a day!!!
Always on the meat! Definitely got me looking at slow pitch jigging in my area!
I love jig fishing 🎣 nice job
Is the best fishing👍 one hobby fishing from Indonesia 🙏🤝🎣

I like the ones that are not clean and cooks. It seems that's all they are. It's nice to see just a catch video.

Him grabbing that jig, I thought that hooked at the end almost got his finger!!
As always, an amazing video. Got to see a Mako, my favorite fish. Would love to see you guys do some costal vids with some interesting shoreline fish. Or brackish fish in around docks and stuff.

Hello watching all the way from Barbados
That's a monster Pinky!
Nice Scamps Victor, best eating in the ocean in my opinion.

FYI, as per NOAA rules, The descending device takes the role of the needle, no need to puncture bladder.
The main problem was I had over 30 ounces of lead in the fish will not get down I had to vent a little bit for the work I fix that problem I got 4 pounds of lead now on the equalizer so it should not be any more problems
Thanks for mentioning the rods, jigs etc. Can you also mention the reels you guys are using..thx
nice video u should fish for wahoo next
Can never go wrong with wahoo
exactly
Great fishing 🎣 👌
Cool, gotta eye poke from two of you, Yheeeeeh
love the videos!!!!!!!!!
Love it
I know it's hard to tell in the video. 3 to 5 ft seas. Awesome video guys.
Landshark you need to make an appointment to fish here in Australia, it would be amazing content 🤟🏻
Sporty out there
I'm guessing 2-4ft seas and YES black fins love those jigs.
Mako on the jig 😯
I love that you take out smaller UA-camrs to promote their channel
awesome👍👍🎣
Thanks for watching
Bravo belle vedeo
Good fight
I have caught big porgie's but that porgy was a beast brother
Hi victor,
Awesome caught,
Try different seas of the world,
You both are invited in my country as my guest,
When you fishing in ARABIAN sea
you forget all fishes taste ,,☺️☺️
Points are gawadar, astola island, charna island, pasni nd many more
First time I seen someone using Harty Rise tokayo rods I have 4 of them and they are pretty power rods.
Bait Matters
Vik...it might be time for another shark ccc!!! just saying, a fall barbecue with shark meat? you know theres great weather coming to florida now!
What's the reel you are using? I don't see it listed in the description. Thanks.

Sick!
Belle vidéo merci🇩🇿🇩🇿🇩🇿👍👍👍👍👍moi aussi je suis pecheur
Red Porgy abundant all the way up the coast to Hatteras and strays North of Hatteras.
I want to know what pickle Ricks setup is. His rod and reel is exactly what I’m looking for, including the color 🤩
Hi I was on that trip Ricky was using a Hearty Rise Slowjigging III S power 1 rod with a Wiki Jigging violent slow 1500 reel. If you are local the Rod Room in West Palm Beach has both in stock.
when you are in 200-400 feet do you let your jigs go all the way to the bottom
When you poke the hole doesn’t that allow the air to leak or water in? Seems the fish would still die..
Next time you guys come to California. Go shark fishing for mako's. I've caught several over 1000lbs
Kick the boat in reverse on an idle to hold the jigs straight up and down. Also, the red porgies are considered to be top notched in the Japanese world, and refer to them as "Red Bream."
wo awesome day
The red reel buddy is using, what is it?
How did you tie the jig to your line ?
Nice
So lucky that back hook didn't get him when pulling in that shark.
What was that reel Ricky was using
Nice scamps
Thanks for watching
hello bud that looks 👍 way to fish nish 🐟
At what depth does jigging get good? Is it good in shallower reef say 60'?
Definitely works shallower. Just need to match the jig to the depth, there are plenty of 40-80g jigs that work well shallower.
What kind of reel did Ricky have im interested?
Ricky was using a Jigging Master wiki violent 1500 left hand retrieve.
Bring back the wade fishing videos
Victor what rod and reel combo is that with the handle on the left???
That is an Ocean’s Legacy Origin Long Fall PE4 rod, with a Shimano Ocea Jigger 1501 F Custom reel. The 1501 is a left hand reel.
i guess I'm old school.. these are the squirellyest rods I've ever seen. I'm just used to a massive chunky rod for bottom fishing like this. Guess I've missed out on rod tech.
What is reel you are using??
Hey man Ik your a fishing making creator but can you make a hunting video and switch it up been watching you for years and I love your videos I have learned so much from you just wanted to say thank you
Those rods are so thin. What pound test do you use?
Aloha, is everyone on that boat left handed? Or is it because everyone tucks their rods under their right arms?
I was on a charter boat jigging vs everyone else using live sardines, I was the only one who brought up a bluefin.
I thought that dude was getting hooked for sure when he grabbed the jig on the Mako, so sketchy.
Major sketch!
He simply got very lucky .
Yeah. That was not even close to a "professional" move. He's like a Nitro Circus captain. I would stay as far away s possible.
Bummer on the blackfin. Wanted to see that sukka. Lol
What brand reels were you using out there? Your reel looks like a tank!
Vic and Ryan were fishing Shimano Ocea Jigger F Custom 1501 if you are local The Rod Room in West Palm has them in stock. They have them in both right hand and left hand retrieve.
how come all of the reels are left handed?
Saludo todo bien
What a dude from Michigan have to do to go fishing with ya!?
Talk about that Shimano ocea jigger only sold in Japan
Does snagging a mako by the tail count as eating a jig??
Nice video... 🇲🇨
🔥🔥
