Hey, bama. The first thing I love about your channel is that you love God! Giving him all the praise and glory is so important! I am a lover of fishing too, and i do have my own channel, but I have like 12 videos, lol. I haven't done anything for 2 years. But plan on doing more. I'd love to go out fishing with you. I notice you go out by yourself unless you do have a camera person. I have always wanted to jig. I am just never in deep enough water! I live in Maryland but I would come down there. Keep up the great work! God is good! 🙏
@@jamescanady3442 regardless those reels aren’t worthy of the gulf, if its working for him thats great but i have never been able to easily pull any fish in with a reel like that. that was my only reasoning for the comment Not trying to offend anyone lol
Especially with the risk taking nature of going super far offshore. My buddy and I take the Key West 1720 35+ miles offshore and get yelled by random boats. I didn't realize there was a size requirement for going offshore and we all pick the same days... the only difference is I spend half the $$ in gas.
Awesome content. Very entertaining and thank you for always keeping it clean. One of the only UA-cam channels that I can let met kids watch without worrying about them hearing anything inappropriate. Thank you for what you do!!
I was born and raised in Pensacola FL but currently live in Pennsylvania, so I truly live through you and these amazing fishing videos! Thank you for all that you do! It means a lot!
Hi Brother, I am a native Pennsylvanian, But lived in Florida and GALVESTON.... i LOVE FISHING, and really like your videos. Have had a great time watching your videos I wish I lived there Have friends in Gulf Shores..... Blessings Brother Rick in Pa
A lot of people would say you're lucky to have a boat and be out on a day like this. As a boat owner myself, I know what hard work it takes to have and maintain a boat like this. Luck has nothing to do with it. The correct word for it is blessed.
Scamp is my #1 eating fish. I love fishing the gulf, I regularly take my 22ft 50-60 miles depending on the weather. Love the content, stay safe out there!
Great video its just beautiful out there at sea and you never know for sure what may hit the line which makes it exciting.. Great action and awesome catches
Scamp is the best eating saltwater fish, imo. When I was a kid, my grandfather worked on his brother's snapper boat out of Pcola and would bring us one home sometimes. Good memories.
Nice mixed bag. I have not yet fought a grouper but I’m going on a Bama trip in May for the American Heros on the Gulf for disabled Vets. Maybe this will be my opportunity. Keep up the great content brother.
Cool content. Stumbled across your channel last week. I like the variety of fishing inshore and offshore. Sheepshead. Trolling. Bottom Fishin. Love it all. All a good time.
I'm so excited to see that you use a left handed conventional reel. That's my next purchase. As a right hander, having the crank on the left hand makes more sense.
Heading down to Gulf shores for Oct and Nov to surf fish Hope their biting, I watch your show , and say I wish I was there, From a small town in Ontario Canada Thank You!
Thats awesome! I've been waiting for you to catch some grouper and cook it! I've only had grouper one time many years ago and I remember how tasty it really was. Hope to see more grouper fishing in the future!
To retrieve a stuck jig, you need to maneuver the boat directly over the jig and then jerk it continuously until it is released. Works 95 percent of the time.
Great video 👍👍 looks like i gotta try that OSO restaurant next time we're down there!!! CMR calls those Tattler fish bacon fish cause of the stripe pattern😅
Great video, you travel a long way off shore . I sell fishing tackle, slow pitch jigs are japanese designed, but the way to fish them it to have 2 x jig assist hooks at each end, and tie your leader to the solid ring. They hook up way better when you do this. They are teally dedigned to " present horizontally" so when you drop the rod tip, take a wind, that way they fall over and go horizontal, which is why you have assist hooks at both ends. I hope you dont mind me saying.
Dude I love your videos !! My sister moved to GS recently and I went down there a few weeks ago , Me and my bro in law went out in the ICW .. I told him to get some shrimp for bait ...and guess what he gets ? COOKED SHRIMP FROM PUBLIX HA HA HA . Well I fished some swim baits and tipped them with the cooked shrimp. I caught a few croakers , I lived in Tampa Bay for 7 years & I really miss saltwater action
Always wanted to catch a scamp. They are awesome for eating. I caught a gag once on an artificial reef and a lot of strawberry groupers around oil and gas well platforms.
Thanks for the variety of content you post! We tried jigging offshore on live bottom and my 13 year old brought them one after another. So much fun! We will continue to watch and support the channel!
A tip for those madmacs, we use them like CRAZY over in California for bluefin tuna but they were designed for high speed trolling. 12-13kts is the best range from what I’ve seen.

Me too! Praise the Lord.
The best fishing channel on UA-cam!
Only an opinion bro.
@@nothinghere244 One that many agree with.
I mean bro literally uses a baitcaster and struggles on medium sized fish… its not a good tactic lol
@@nwflfireresponses Do you not know that it’s a saltwater setup and that he had his arm crushed by some kind of military vehicle hatch?
