It comes in capsules, so I assume you can.

Ingesting lavender oil can be toxic and it is not recommended for internal use without the guidance of a healthcare provider and then only in very low doses and for short periods of time. The capsules also may not contain lavender oil but instead lavender extract. Ingesting lavender oil is never recommended for children.
