I didn't think of moringa with pumpkin. Thanks for idea. I garnish many dal's and Currys with tender moringa leaves. I use moringa and curry leaves chutney powder for Rice, Idly and dosa. This chutney powder mixed with hot ghee tastes superb and kids love it..

Dr Priya Bijlani definitely. Dry roast chanadal and uraddal in equal measure. 2 tbsps each. 2tsps jeera1 TSP mustard dry roast till mustard spultters. Add 2 tbsp dhania seeds and roast, 1 tsp methi seeds. Dry roast according to your convince. Dry one handful of moringa leaves in shade or you can dry in microwave for 1 to 2 minutes. 2 to 3 handful curry leaves dry them in microwave. 2 green peas size ranting dry cleaned. Little 1 to 2 tsps jagerry according to taste . And rock salt to taste. Just grind them in mixer.
Forgot red chillies and peppercorn. According to taste . Use in dry Currys rice . We eat for idly dosa. Mix with melted ghee and eat. Healthy. For rice we use unrefined gingly oil. Adjust moringa leaves if you want them more. But kids don't like more moringa leaves.

@@LukeCoutinho sir, please make video on how to cook rice everyday.
I mean, cooking rice in the pressure cooker is good?
...which actually retains all the starch from the cooked rice.
or cooking rice in the open pot is better?
...adding lot of water to the open pot and then cooking rice in it and then draining the excess water after cooking rice.
Here, when we throwaway excess water after the rice is cooked, we think we are throwing the extra starch from the cooked rice,
but, if you think properly, all the nutrients of the cooked rice is also thrown away when we throw the water, isn't it?
So, which method of cooking rice is better and healthy way of cooking?
Olden type method of cooking in the open pot adding more water to the rice and throwing the excess water after rice is cooked?
(Here nutrients of cooked rice is also thrown away when we throw its water)
Or cooking in the pressure cooker adding just the required amount of water and thus consuming all the nutrients/starch from the rice
(as we are not throwing away the excess water in the pressure cooker cooking)
      Please give advise on this.
Please make video on this topic.
My main question is...if we follow our Traditional way of cooking rice, in the open pot with more water and then draining the water....won't draining out the starchy water remove all the vitamins, minerals and nutrients of rice as well?
      Please reply back.
      Thank you so much.
