Hallo, Love this round up. One of my favorite foundations is Dior Backstage and Tarte Foundcealer. The Dior Forever Seems to be a good buy when I use up some of my stash. I bought the Ulta foundation last week and I am really happy I did. Thank you
I love Dior and it makes me so happy when it stands out in a review. Like it justifies my experience some how. It is the only lux brand that I will treat myself to as they have true neutral foundation shades that are a perfect match for my skin tone. I have a sample of the Dior matte and I wanted to try because Angie said it performed great in the heat as is sweat resistant. But, I think I like the Forever Skin Glow formula better. Like you said they are pretty close. Looking forward to your short comparing the two and maybe I will do a side by side too.

It's not in bad shape but the wrong foundation will definitely add years to my appearance. I am going to give the Dior a try. I was surprised how natural the finish was on the Dior Matte. Of course if you have really dry skin you might try that Dior skin glow, it’s had the same all day wear.
I just wish the Neutrogena lasted longer. It could be just because it’s such a light foundation. I usually have more medium coverage which of course has more pigment to last all day
Laura Mercier Silk Creme Moisturizing Foundation is my luxury go to! It has a luminous, yet matte finish and effectively covers my hyperpigmentation. Lasts all day with setting powder and, or setting spray. My second favorite is ABH Luminous Foundation. A little less expensive and for me, a little goes a long way!
LOVE Makeup Forever HD Skin for every day. My SIL turned me on to it. Dior skin glow another fav, for my full coverage I go to Maybelline Superstay- I always get so many comments when I wear that drugstore brand! Would like to see you do a full coverage video like this one :)
Il makiage didn't work for me - too drying. I really love the Dior. It blends well - covers evenly. A little spendy but it does work. You might want to try Nars for the winter. Really moisturizing. Thanks for the video.
I love watching your videos and have learned new beauty ideas. I’ve always used liquid foundations until my younger sister told me about the powder foundation and I’ve switched to that and people tell me my face looks good.
Oh I have my drawer full of favorite powder foundations too. It’s hard when you buy so many to test out and have over 80 foundations, but I love the Laura Geller, and I love Bare Minerals!
Ive been trying out almost all these foundation ( in store, with a take home packet to try again). I still have oily skin. The hourglass, Dior mat, and MUF HD were beautiful. The trick for me is lightweight gel moisturizer, then setting spray (your suggestion Lisa), then foundation, settting powder, then setting spray again. Will still have to lot afew times in this weather. My skin dissolves the il makiage, lancome and Neutrogena within 2 hours.
I had another viewer so they couldn’t get the Il Makiage to last on their skin, And the fact that they mentioned on their website to use setting spray to make it last longer means it must be a popular complaint. Thanks for the follow up on the other foundations for oily skin. Now I’ve got a few that I know I can recommend!
Thank you for the reviews 😊 I have tried a couple of the foundations before. I find most the time my drugstore brands perform just as well for me. I have ordered and am waiting on the IL Makiage foundation to arrive. I decided to splurge on it and see what the hype was about. I’ve seen several influencers really like it so long as they have the right shade. So I’m hoping I have good luck with their match quiz. I had the Dior Backstage and it oxidized so badly on me I had to get rid of it. I haven’t tried any other Dior foundation since. Your videos are very helpful. Keep on shining! 💕💫💗

I should do one....but I'm the worst at following the "rule of thumb!!" I usually grab what's in front of me and then I'm like "whoops" I forgot to put on my concealer (usually what I forget). Great video idea though, so I'll put one together!!

Only in the winter. I actually have several shades that has a P for pink on them like my LYS and one or two more, I would have to look at the bottom. But typically I have a neutral leaning warm undertone as soon as it starts to warm up and I get some color (walking not laying out)
Off this subject BUT...this gal has the two lines of frown marks between my eyebrows. Need to know how to lessen the look. Concealer for me doesn't work. Have any thoughts? Oh think I'm going to try Loreal age perfect radiant foundation. My prob is I have AGE SPOTS that give an uneven look on my cheeks. Sure concealer will hide good enough, but then it takes away any glow within radiance of foundation or whatever. Have any ideas? thinking I should use a radiant concealer without fragrance. CANNOT USE products with fragrance. Eczema prone. LOVE YOUR CHANNEL. Thank you dearly

Makeup Forever HD is “approved” by all the “mature” beauty influencers. I haven’t tried it yet, cause I love the new Lancôme, but will be my next one to try
Both!! And even pink sometimes! I'm warm in the summer or when I've been in FL, then it goes Neutral, but can even lean pink or cyan when I have paler skin! The "Neutral" really depends on the brand, some have neutral with warm undertones (my fav), neutral with Olive undertones (not that great on me) or neutral with pink or peach (my winter shade),
Wish you would pull your hair completely off your face, neck, and shoulders when demoing foundation. It's easier to see your coverage without the hair distractions.
Sorry, it’s distracting for you. Unfortunately, I film in mornings and get on with the rest of my day. My hair does not go back down after pulling back without a full wet down….so you get how I actually put on my makeup everyday!
There’s a long drawn out reason why I don’t that I’ve mentioned throughout random videos having to do with I can’t “fix” my hair unless I rewet my entire head, and I usually film in morning and have plans throughout day. And yes after 56 years, i have tried other “solutions” and they don’t work so It won’t change if I have plans on film day 🤪🤪🤪

I agree, I also find that matte foundations are no longer flat matte, they have a beautiful finish. Great review of some amazing foundations!

The Dior forever skin correct is a full coverage radiant concealer! It’s beautiful. The Kosas is too, but I find the Dior lasts longer
