Hey... does anybody maybe know... if coconut oil is not so good to be used externally as it is a cooling oil... what do you recommend to use to moisturize your skin during winter? I usually use coconut oil, this is why i am asking. Thank you in advance:)) Much love xx
Hey, good morning! What do you recommend instead of coconut oil. That is what I generally use in all of my curries, as well as a moisturizing finisher to my showers here in sunny So Cal. But I am generally dry, dry, dry Vata. So I guess that I should not use quite so,liberally, huh?
Hey Radhi I use coconut oil on daily basis(in winter), because I love it..but yeah I shouldn't be using it winters. So can you please suggest some warm oils that can be used daily (as a moisturizer too) Thank You Love You 3000 🎀
