    Things you should have everyday:-
    1.Water and electrolytes
    2.CCF tea- Cumin, Coriander and Fennel
    3. Nuts- Brazil and Walnuts
    4.Leafy greens- Kale and Spinach
    5.Blueberries
    6. Olive oil-
    7.Seeds- Chia/flax
    8. Chocolates- Eat things you enjoy

    Great information.
    Disagree with electrolytes though. You don’t need extra sodium as you consume so much unknowingly everyday with your food.

    I heard about you talking about ccf tea
    Then I googled each ingredient and was so surprised by the benefits
    At that time I was suffering from painful canker sores also. Within a couple of days it was completely gone. Thank you Radhi for your recommendation. Lots of love

    Thank you, that's an amazing list! I definitely want to try the electrolytes. I've been feeling a little drained lately and something like this could help :) I'm aware of the health benefits of the other things but just need to fit them into my diet daily now!

    loved your videos Radhi. I am part of Genius and Jay introduced me to you but your eating habits and in general your vibes are so cool they rub off positively. I'm a vegetarian, truing into vegan :). I would love to see some vegan jain recipes too. If you can share them it will be very helpful to all of jain community and i am grateful for having the power combo Jay-Radhi in my journey!

    What’s your thought on coconut water as electrolyte ? Also doesn’t Ayurveda recommend soaking the nuts and seeds before consumption ??

      Coconut water is one of the best for electrolytes and easily available in India. Nuts don't have to be soaked to consume but if you're using it for curries it helps just to reduce flatulence and same with soaking lentils.

      You can even drink sugar cane actually that's also a good electrolyte and cheap when it's in season!

    Always focus on local foods..
    People living in india.. should focus on their locally grown food..always eat the food that is grown around 5km radius around you...you actually don't need to eat Brazil nuts..Indians get good quality of selenium from sesame seeds,almonds,legumes,chia seeds,flax seeds,ground nuts and many other sources...and coming to electrolytes drinking one glass of coconut water every single will just cost you 20 Rupees
    And coming to olive oil indian people are more suitable to pure coconut oil than olive oil
    .. according to the science, people are opted to eat the food which is locally grown based on one's region, one's climate ...

      Aw your body is probably just not tolerating it. You should probably see a doctor about that. Hope you're able to find resolution. Taking a probiotic (yogurt) or pill form will be good.

    Love your videos and your beautiful spirit! You should do a fridge essentials/tour. Trying to figure out how to heal my gut as much as I can

      I can tell you what i know. If your gut health is bad, I’m assuming you’re referring to 1) low good bacteria count 2) SIBO and 3) leaky gut (they’re all connected).
      *To heal your gut lining* , you need collagen - either through pill form or bone broth is best.
      *To kill off bad bacteria* , reduce (or even cut out) your sugar intake for at least a week. This will starve off the bad bacteria and candida, which were damaging your internal lining.
      In the morning drink water with lemon (has alkalising properties) and apple cider (kills off bad bacteria).
      *To aid your good bacteria* , I recommend fermented foods like kimchi, plant yoghurt (unsweetened, with bacteria cultures) and also take a probiotic. And do meditation as stress worsens gut health. Hope that helps.
