Oh yes! I'm so interesting in what foods we should have leading up to, during, and after. Our periods are apart of a whole month cycle, so we truly should be catering to it all the time to balance hormones. Lovely!

Thank you for this video! I hope millions of people watch and follow these practices. I started drinking CCF tea several years ago, and it changed my life! I used to have IBS symptoms that would make me feel ill for days. The CCF tea is magic! I gradually added all the other practices you recommend, and I feel wonderful. Coming back to this video and may I say THANK YOU for making this video I had some Chai this morning from diaspora co. and it had CCF in it! had it first thing this morning and I am truly shocked of how my digestion is so improved and my mood is light ✨️ I will be drinking this every morning ! Radhi you're fabulous! I've been suffering major digestive issues, turned out it is psychological and unprocessed trauma! Even the moment of realization hugely helped my body. I always pray before eating as well, it's such a mindful practice and receiving it with joy, gratitude & love!
1:50 start morning with hot water, CCF tea also works. You can add a squeeze of lemon to your hot water.
3:16 keep moving
4:00 chew food
4:48 chew fennel seeds after a meal
5:42 stomach massage at the start of your day or before a meal
6:41 diverse range of foods. Ginger, ACV, prebiotics, etc. with meals
8:18 let go of anger and frustration
10:30 say a prayer before you eat

Hello! I've been doing CCF tea in the morning, hot as described here, for over a month now, but I noticed it's potent medicinal power immediately. It's definitely improved my homeostasis, gut regulation, and overall detoxing. It's delicious! Big fan now. Thank you for sharing!

I'm watching this video one and half year later. And i remember i watched it the day it got uploaded, my stomach health used to be satisfactory but I've been in survival mode and it's gotten worse. I've been having food poison since a month and today i remembered about the time i used to watch radhi's videos and i was happy (sorta) and healthy.

This is awesome Radhi! Thank you so much for these tips!! Pro tip: you can massage your tummy with the breath alone; breathing deeply massages your internal organs. Also laying on your back, inhaling and drawing you knees into the chest and then exhaling (holding onto the knees) and letting the knees go toward the front of the room. Really good for the tummy!

I heard from Rujuta Diwekar that we should not start our day with seeds . She also follows traditional Indian wisdom beyond eating .. would be good if you guys can do something together :) and sort out any contradictions ;)
I agree! Rujuta is authentic and knows her stuff, well experienced. I have almonds in the morning, which is the best:)
I also followed her read her books n lost weight
The concoction is ... boiled spices in CCF. So please there is no contradiction
@@deep20ss1 how ! Rujuta clearly mentions not to start the day with seeds which Coriander is !! Even if it’s powdered used it’s seed content
@@DeeCee76 Radhi is saying it in ayurvedic perception. Rujutha might be mentioning some other oily seeds like flax seeds, sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds etc. Do you know the reason behind not eating seeds first thing in the morning? If yes then please let us know.

I suggest diluting the apple cider in water before drinking. I burned my poor throat and it was quite swollen for a few days afterwards.
