Yessss “our bodies are not separate from nature.” This is so good! Living in accordance with the seasons has become such a natural thing for me now (after studying Ayurveda for a while), but it’s so counter-culture still. You do such a great job explaining how what’s going on in our environment is also going on inside our bodies. Thanks Radhi!!

I love this! 💕💕I appreciate this because I’m feeling the seasonal depression coming on and seasonal grounding tips is exactly what I need rn after so much inner work. You are giving me hope to not reverse new habits 🙏
For the recipes I love preparing and eating this season are: butternut soup (usually adding potatoes also, to not be too sweet + ginger, onion, carrot, celery root and garlic + spices of course 😁), stews (potatoes and peas, for e.g.), apple and cranberries gf crumble, a sort of beans soup with veggies. Plus gf porridge with different tastes (pumpkin, apples, simple, chia & flax seeds) & added almond butter and dried fruits, banana slices, spices. 😍 And other goodies, of course. Can't wait the tips for winter also! 😘

I took an online test and it says I’m vata which I think is accurate, I did have a question though! I have psoriasis so I have been avoiding dairy, however it doesn’t seem to make a difference. When I was reading what foods to eat as a vata, it suggested soft cheeses, kefir and yogurt. Should I try this?

I came to know that bell peppers are what they call ‘night vegetables’ and can increase joint pain in women. Is this true? I cook a lot of peppers in the colder months because I read somewhere that they help with allergies. Are bell peppers good to be included for kids whose body is primarily Pitta dominated but they also get seasonal allergies?
