I have tested 3 regulators, can't seem to get any reading on any of them, I have my tester set to the same as you do, I don't have the alligator clips though, not sure if that makes any difference or not. any idea what I am doing wrong? please help

Are these not tested before the company ships them to you?
is this test and Ohm reading good for standard non-adjustable chrysler regulators?
i use a stand alone VR on my 96 jeep w/4.0 i use a reg for 85 daytona 2 wire F-+ but sometimes it jumps to 19v WHY it's new

I did all that and it still put out to high!
