Calorie tracking to see your current habits

  • You don't know what to change if you don't know what you are currently doing. It's so important to take a few days and track your food so you know what and how much you are eating and drinking.
    If your goal is body fat loss then you have to know that you are eating in a deficit otherwise you will not lose body fat. If your goal is to gain muscle and change the shape of your body then you need to know that you are eating enough calories.
    I recommend that you take a few days and really look at how much you are eating. No worries, I will walk you through that process so it's not so overwhelming.
    This video will walk you through exactly how to read a label, measure your food, and enter your information into an app so that you can see exactly how much you are eating every day.
