I tried it today. My wife and little one complimented me for such a wonderful Naan bread - we did not ever taste it around our restaurants here. The only variation that I did was in the way how it was flattened - just like the shape of naan instead of being round like yours and fluffy. Hearty thanks to you!
Actually the olive oil will give it a little better flavor.. if you have some bacon fat that will even give it a better flavor.. and if you would deep fry it in olive oil or bacon fat that will knock it out of the ballpark.. and if you put some good butter on it and pour some good maple syrup or pure cane syrup on it then you have what I call heart attack good..hehe..😜😄. Ps. Almost forgot maybe you should eat it with some fried bacon or some good fried Jimmy Dean sausage or ham or the fried sausage of your choice.. I mean if you're going to have a heart attack why skimp on the goodies..hehe. maybe a few scoops of your favorite ice cream on the side😁🧐😎🤗🥂.. maybe you should be sitting next to the one you love the most while eating because it could be your last meal..hehe

It was really good and soft, and milky tasting like you said. I almost boiled the milk, but it didn't hurt the dough. I let it cool some.

Hi, yes you can substitute, olive oil is always better than sunflower oil in taste, I recently used grape seed oil - it turned out very tasty!
