Thank you for taking the time to share your recipe with us. Am going to try it right now!!! Might I suggest that in future you rather provide the grams for all ingredients because cup sizes vary in various parts of the world. I am in South Africa and here by us 1 cup size is 250ml. That should sort out any confusion. Just a suggestion.
Wow that's great news and best Turkish bread recipe, I really enjoyed the class and I hope to try it to my restaurant by Monday next week and get back to you my kitchen teacher. Watching from Kenya nokras liver line
Love your voice and your narration. Once you corrected the flour weight (perhaps you were thinking of the weight of two cups of water which would be close to 475 gems) we were on the way to success with the hydration level. Can you use wheat flour instead of all purpose flour?
You may have to adjust the water/yogurt amount to get the dough to the right consistency but I don’t see why it shouldn’t work
Hi Nupur, my bread had smalll bubbles all over the dough but not a big ball like your video. What went wrong?😊
Was the heat of the pan high enough? Did you notice steam coming out of the sides of the bread? (incase there were holes and the bread wasn’t sealed well).
Can we store this dough for few days?
Yes in the refrigerator for few days or for longer in the freezer
Marhaba, what yogurt can I use if I'm lactose intolerant?
You can use lactose free milk with a tablespoon of vinegar. Wait 5 min till it curdles, then proceed. You may have to reduce the quantity of water a little because milk is more runny than yogurt. Hope this helps
How should these be stored overnight for next morning consumption?
Let it cool completely and store it in an airtight container at room temperature for consumption next morning. For long term storage they can be frozen
Thank u 👍
Can I use baking powder instead I don't have yeast🎉
It would work but yeast imparts a lovely flavor 🤷♀️
Can this be eaten, say and hour after it has been made? Does it get hard later?
No it stays soft. Keep them wrapped in a cloth in an insulated box

Is it instant yeast? Or regular yeast?
