Hello dr sister... I love yr voice ....the way you explain.. today after having tried soo many receipts finally my turkish bread did puff up ... n I was soo happy seeing my bread swell like a balloon n it was soo soft....Thnks a lot for ur receipt❤😊
This looks so easy. And yet that is the illusion of life once again, convincing me that I too can have fluffy Turkish bread. But there is no fluff for Sheraz. No fluff at all.
Ur recipe for Pita bread is fool proof & by far the best...was skeptical when U didn't knead the dough..but end result it puffed up & Soft & Yumm...love ur Happy voice too so soothing
You made my day 🤗. I feel so satisfied when someone follows my recipe and gets the end result that I intended them to get. Makes all my optimization efforts worth it. Thank you so much ❤️
Love your voice and your narration. Once you corrected the flour weight (perhaps you were thinking of the weight of two cups of water which would be close to 475 gems) we were on the way to success with the hydration level. Will try your recipe, but it sounds and looks brilliantly soft and delicious. A Turk would tell you Afiyet Olsun!
Thank you very much byou are honest because you are telling your subscribers that those for making this recipe while others are not they are writing not tha right recipe thankyouagsiiwilllwagswathyou Stay healthy and take care always

Wow that's great news and best Turkish bread recipe, I really enjoyed the class and I hope to try it to my restaurant by Monday next week and get back to you my kitchen teacher. Watching from Kenya nokras liver line
Napur after looking at many recipes and videos decided to go with yours great easy listening so calming and your tips are excellent felt like a masterclass. The only sad thing is I did it to the 480g which you have now corrected to 240g so going to try another batch From the UK but living in Bulgaria. The video still showing 480g
Oh Sue! I am so sorry you wasted one batch because of my error 😕 Unfortunately it can’t be corrected in the video (I will try to overwrite it). If not, will mention it in the description section. I am so happy to hear that you liked the narration! Hopefully your next try will be all worth your effort. Sorry again!

I've always wanted to learn to make this bread.....it looks delicious!! If I want to make 8 breads should I double every ingredient including the yeast and oil?? Thank you.
I just made bazlama for the 21st time and it STILL comes out tough without puffing up. Finally got frustrated enough to look this up. I'm gonna try your tips!
Looking great👌👌 Awesome thumbnail 👏👏 Must say ....Fabulous.... You nailed it 👍👍 My review..... When I made it na.... I was using warm milk instead of water for yeast preparation... And old curd for that tangy taste.... Rest all the process same to same.... Olive Oil or any kinda oil is must ....because that Maida will stick to our fingers like fevicol... After dough resting .. Making equal portions....I used different cooking pans If you use non stick pan ...its gonna be same as your recipe kinda fluffy bread... But If you use cast Iron pan.... It will become tandoori roti my personal opinion... use of Parsley is not recommended because it changes all the taste ....instead you can use coriander leaf or Sesame seeds.... Ha if you're habituated to parsley then no issues...... That butter slab was looking like some big banana 😅😆😂 Best part is that white embroidery cloth that you used to cover the bread 👌👌 Thanks for sharing the recipe.... All the best🙋🙋
Thank you 😊 Yes warm milk with yogurt is a good idea too! Parsley flavor blends well with Mediterranean dishes. If eating with Indian curry then coriander would be better. The observation about pans is an interesting one. Thanks for sharing! Sesame seeds is also a great idea! Haha! I am glad that the cloth made you happy lol! Overall it’s a delicious bread, very worth trying! Thanks for asking me to post this 👍

By plain flour you mean whole wheat flour? Yes Greek yogurt is ok, just check if you may need to add some water if the dough doesn’t come together (because Greek yogurt is very thick). Yes you can half the recipe
Was the heat of the pan high enough? Did you notice steam coming out of the sides of the bread? (incase there were holes and the bread wasn’t sealed well).
Hi Napur, thank you for the recipe, I'm stuck on the flour measurement Can please give it in grams ... as per scale weight plse I'm in south 🇿🇦 Africa Our mearuring cups reads 250gr per cup ( flour) etc Thank you
Add a little vinegar or lime juice to the milk and lest rest for 5 min (we are essentially making a quick buttermilk) This will add more flavor and softness to the bread
Let it cool completely and store it in an airtight container at room temperature for consumption next morning. For long term storage they can be frozen
You can use lactose free milk with a tablespoon of vinegar. Wait 5 min till it curdles, then proceed. You may have to reduce the quantity of water a little because milk is more runny than yogurt. Hope this helps
Sorry! I never tried this with a gluten free flour but you might like this one ua-cam.com/video/7Pgi_W7huDc/v-deo.html This is from another channel of mine
Yes you could, just check if the yeast has bloomed enough, if not you could reduce the sugar instead of eliminating it completely. It’s not going to make the bread sweet
Great recipe, thank you! But I don’t understand why you keep emphasizing to not knock the air out after the dough rises and you’re forming the balls. Because as soon as you roll it out, you’ve knocked all the air out anyway.
For me it was a disaster 😅 my dough was too wet and sticky and I couldn't make it in a round shape because it was tearing all over. I'll try again next time🥺
this recipe is way better than alot of viral videos i saw on youtube its just so simple and efficient thanks for share this recipe and hope u have good day
We tried this with your mutton curry recipe for lunch today. And what can I say ... Finger licking good - both of them! And like you said - the bread is the softest ever - like little fluffs of cloud. Amazing!
This recipe needs 2 US cups of all purpose flour, which is 240g. In the video I wrote 480g. I don’t know what I was thinking 🙄 Sorry! 😬

Can I use baking powder instead I don't have yeast🎉
It would work but yeast imparts a lovely flavor 🤷♀️
can i add instant yeast in direct in flour?
Yes you can
Hello! Can i use plain flower? And is greek yogark okay?
Also lovey voice
Can you halve this recipe?
By plain flour you mean whole wheat flour? Yes Greek yogurt is ok, just check if you may need to add some water if the dough doesn’t come together (because Greek yogurt is very thick). Yes you can half the recipe
Excellent and easy recipe. The video voice needs clearance.
Will keep that in mind for my next video! Thank you for your feedback 👍
Can you use wheat flour instead of all purpose flour?
You may have to adjust the water/yogurt amount to get the dough to the right consistency but I don’t see why it shouldn’t work
Can we store this dough for few days?
Yes in the refrigerator for few days or for longer in the freezer
❤❤❤❤❤❤
❤️😊
Can the kneading be done with a dough hook in mixer
Yes just be careful not to over knead
Hi Nupur, my bread had smalll bubbles all over the dough but not a big ball like your video. What went wrong?😊
Was the heat of the pan high enough? Did you notice steam coming out of the sides of the bread? (incase there were holes and the bread wasn’t sealed well).
Hi Napur, thank you for the recipe, I'm stuck on the flour measurement

Our mearuring cups reads 250gr per cup ( flour) etc

Sure Shaheidah! I have updated by blog post to include weights as well. Link would be in the description of the video :)
Instead of yoghurt can I use fresh milk?
Add a little vinegar or lime juice to the milk and lest rest for 5 min (we are essentially making a quick buttermilk) This will add more flavor and softness to the bread
How should these be stored overnight for next morning consumption?
Let it cool completely and store it in an airtight container at room temperature for consumption next morning. For long term storage they can be frozen
Thank u 👍
Marhaba, what yogurt can I use if I'm lactose intolerant?
You can use lactose free milk with a tablespoon of vinegar. Wait 5 min till it curdles, then proceed. You may have to reduce the quantity of water a little because milk is more runny than yogurt. Hope this helps
Is it instant yeast? Or regular yeast?
Regular active dry yeast
