I quit using Sonicare several years ago and use the Radius toothbrush the dentist recommends.

To floss, I use a water flosser, much easier and it gets in all the nooks and crannies. It’s good for someone with very deep fissures in the molars, such as myself. I always angle my brush 45 degrees towards my gums and uses small circular motions. I also chew 100% xylitol gum after each meal/snack and have all my drinks with my meals.

Thanks for all the many wonderful guests you always have Jesse! I found plant based bristle/bamboo replacement heads for my Sonicare. Reviews are mostly good (4 star average). I'll try them and report back. If anyone else here have found a suitable replacement, please let us know!
