And I love the fact that you encourage and motivate yourself and push yourself while doing the sets. I think that is something so important to do for yourself especially when working out because it is not easy at all!!

I really love the small bench for step ups that she used to do a weird plank! It looks v easy when Massy does it, but people, there's a lot of foundational work we need to do to prepare for that , especially stomach and arm strength!
If you can , perhaps you can start using a body part that isn't in a cast to do some gentle stretches or even small movements. Every little bit helps and you could do that even while you healing. Don't stop pushing 🎉🎉🎉🎉❤❤❤❤
I'm starting my weight loss journey and this is the kind of video that I want in my life. It makes workouts look fun but effective...I can't wait until I'm able to correctively be able to do all of them and see the changes on my body.... Really had fun with this one! Normally, I do my own thing with mostly weight lifting, and today was Push for me, and I thought, why not?! so this was not terribly tough, but I definitely finished drenched in sweat. Look forward to tomorrow! *The hardest move for me was the Foam Ham Curl. My hamstrings are torched from the other day and I am doing my best to recover from A.S. so my Hams are probably the weakest point aside from my lower back. By chance, I started doing this exercise thinking how I could utilize my small home gym and came up with that and actually a lot of other exercises I found over time way after I started doing them! I am finally getting used to it and not having muscle spasms doing the curls anymore. Now it's just a matter of not losing it from under me😅

I never want to bulk but lean out as much as possible building small muscles to compliment the build not being overdone. keeping everything tighter, smaller. Especially the derrière.😁This video is helpful .Thanks again.💯😊

I think more comments about breathing through these movements would be helpful. I am discovering there is a correlation between quality of deep breathing + activating core + posture while powering through these movements.
