I was watching you do this because I'm going to do the same thing. my sisters friend comes to our house every Tuesday from a food drive, and bring my niece and I food. I just happened to see your video QUESTION are yams the same way you do this because I have these too.love your introduction , 🥰😉😊💗.easy and quick!!.

Hi from New Zealand. Thanks for that demonstration. I hadnt thought of blanching sweet potatoes. Will try that. I have been putting my tiny potatoes in the Air Fryer and part cooking them then putting them freeflow in a bag in the freezer. When I bring them out I give them a small amount of time in the Air fryer and they come out like chips. I wonder if this can be done with sweet potatoes too. You have made me think!
I just saw your video and just mix it up 👆. I only had one sweet potato and the rest was yams .so all I have to do is baggum up and pop into the freezer! 🥰💕🍠🧊.

For how long can the frozen sweet potato last?
I have 1 bag left in my freezer, so at least a year. I did notice some freezer frost, so vacuum sealing would be better!
