HP Hard Drive Error 3F0 Boot Device Not Found

My HP Laptop is not booting to Windows.
It says Boot Device Not Found.
Getting an error code of Hard Drive (3F0)
This is more likely your laptop hard drive is bad.

3F0 3F1 3F2 The error is generally that the operating system cannot be found, and sometimes a fresh installation of the operating system can also be resolved.
90% of the 301, 302, and 303 errors are hardware failures and the hard disk needs to be replaced.
The situation involving the Optane cache acceleration disk is more complicated, sometimes it is caused by the failure of the Optane acceleration (note: it will also cause data loss). When replacing the hard disk with HDD+Optane cache combination, if the HDD has no hardware failure, it is best to cancel the acceleration cache state in the operating system or BIOS first, and then replace the hard disk. If the acceleration state is not canceled, the hard disk may not be recognized when installing the operating system. (It may be recognized by loading the IRST driver).
