Hi I Left My Dell Laptop Sitting For A Month ..I Turned It On Today & At First It Was Saying The Boot Device Wasn’t Found & Now It’s Saying The Automatic Repair Failed ..I Watched Videos & It Says Use The CLI But When I Try To Get To It , My Laptop Asks For A Password ..I Forgot My Account Password So I’m Kind Of Stuck On What To Do , Please Help 😭
Hello, can u help me i have the same problem but i did a secure reset of my hard drive when i tried to boot my windows 7 laptop from a usb flash drive it says bootable device not found
Hey, I'm experiencing the same problem. I did the same thing as shown in videos and even my hard disk test is passed. Still its doesn't work. Any solution?
If all the hardware passed the diagnostic then the next step would be to try reinstalling the operating system. Usually, this is caused by a problem with the operating system. Here are videos on how to do that: Windows 10: ua-cam.com/video/TElCJDbKdKk/v-deo.html Windows 11: ua-cam.com/video/mNN9ssGCxig/v-deo.html Let me know if you have any more questions:)

Hey. My windows hp laptop keeps removing weird sounds and i don't know what to do. Whenever it restarted, it says boot device not found and i don't know how to fix that. Ive done all the steps and none of it work.
@@EggheadFixers Yes. I tried updating the BIOs as well, but once it finished updating, my screen froze for about an hour which made me quite concerned, and I'm aware that I'm not supposed to turn off my device during that process, but I had to do cause it was taking a tad too long to respond. This was earlier today by the way. I turned off my laptop for about 30 mins soon afterwards and switched it on again and at least it didn't bring the "boot device not found" option. However, every single time I plug in my laptop or open certain apps, I keep hearing coil whining and and buzzing sounds and it's very irritating. I can even barely hear anything else 😭. It's so loud! How can I fix it? Is there an alternative? Or like something exact I can adjust to my power management settings to get away with this? 🙏🏼💔
@@laralvr Do you have a hard drive or solid state drive? Because when the hard drive is starting to fail it can start making noises. It has spinning disk in it that can make a fan like noise and it will often make clicking noises if there is a problem.
@@BalajiNatarajan First I would try what we call reseating the hard drive which means unplugging it and then plugging it back in. Then rerun the diagnostic. If that does not work then it's most likely that you need a new hard drive. Sometimes when a hard drive really dies the motherboard doesn't read it as being installed. Here is a video on how to replace your hard drive and install an operating system: Windows 10: ua-cam.com/video/TElCJDbKdKk/v-deo.html Windows 11: ua-cam.com/video/mNN9ssGCxig/v-deo.html Let me know how it goes:)
@@EggheadFixers My computer does the same randomly. When I don't work for like 10-15 minutes, the screen becomes black and shows the message "No hard drive installed, please check that the power and data cables connected properly.". If I restart, though, the laptop runs correctly. I tried everything but don't know how to solve it. Actually is not a big problem since when I restart it works fine, but maybe this could damage the system in the long-term. Do you know how to fix?

When you tried to boot off the USB how did you do it? Did you just let the computer start or did you select from the boot menu?
