uhm..hi.. i tried all that you did and i made it but i dont know why it cant select the ctrl+alt+delete to start.. is it because i didnt remove the hard disk?? i dont know how to open my laptop.. i dont have tools.. so sad..

Clean your hardisk when you remove it and ensure that it fits perfectly with cable sometimes due to mishandling(shock or if you drop it) connection can become lose
And also try to disable legacy option and then shutdown, restart and again enable it in bios settings

Commenting this from fixed laptop with the same 3f0 issue. Removed battery and pressed power button for 20-25 seconds and laptop came back to normal startup.

Next morning (11-July-2022)same problem tried every thing but nothing worked, removed hard disk from laptop.
16-July-2022 Removed the HDD case and took out board from HDD by unscrewing 6 screws. Cleaned the connectors which were black, after cleaning connected the board to HDD. Now it is working fine.
I just can't believe this worked perfectly on my system.... Thanks so much buddy... This makes me feel like anm a tech nerd🤓🤓🤓🤓
