sanne - you feel like a friend. you have a calming, comforting energy that radiates from within you. oddly, whenever I feel that I'm procrastinating and spending too much time staring at my phone or doing nothing, I'll watch one of your videos and it gives me that jumpstart I need. watching you covert all your energy to productivity is inspiring and pushes me to do the same. I love your workout videos, too. it can be hard to maintain focus and stay in tuned with a digital workout but yours are slow paced and focus on strong movements and pulses. it's almost like a mind/body mediation. I have been doing this video along with a few others every morning since it was uploaded and I am such a good sore that sitting up in bed in the morning feels like doing a pushup. thanks for sharing your life with us!
Yes!! I would love to see a full workout!! I love the yoga/pilates approach to this working out. It makes it a lot less stress full and more relaxing, but I can still feel the burn. And also thank you for your food videos. Even though I don’t eat healthy every single day for every meal, watching you eat beautiful healthy meals inspires me to want to do the same. I also love the way you talk. Very calming, encouraging and very edifying.

Hi Sanne - loved the workout, really calming! Only suggestions would be to give a little update of the next workout before it begins (one of the other workout channels I found on UA-cam has a tiny box on the corner of the screen which gives a little review of the next workout), just so that we're better prepared, and maybe specify side changes, from right to left? Or if you will be coming back to the other side after a series of workouts on the current side? I found myself pausing the video and working out the other side just because I was unsure if it was complete or not. Love your channel in general and this workout as well!
