Good video. I think I'll throw out my dream sheet and see how it goes. Would you consider adding different angles?. Might help fools like me to get a better understanding of the body and head positioning positioning. That's just my dream sheet. I do want to reiterate, this is a good video.

Great video I always used to push with the jab and burn my shoulders out quickly Instead of using my hips which is harder with the jab than the cross how do I practice using hips not shoulder power

Larry Holmes claims the upjab is better. It’s difficult to see that jab coming. While the jab at your guard is much easier to detect.

Yeah, if you have more experience, that is a good jab. Not for beginners. You have to have it really fast jab for the upjab.
