The standing in front for too long happens to me during later rounds because of fatigue and the need to keep pressure. Also happens when I think too long after getting countered. Keep them feet moving boys or manage distance better for sure! Thanks Coach Anthony

Was recently re-watching the Foreman-Moorer fight. The way he spent the whole fight tricking Moorer into finally standing right in front of him . Took some starch off his shots to lull him into false security. It really is a chess game, The Sweet Science .

I agree with everything in this video, especially i like how you mentioned feints. I noticed that for just about any issue I come across when fighting/sparring the answer is usually faints.
I also like how you mentioned moving the head, i move my head most of the time when stepping in to throw a punch and i dont get hit coming in and with my rear hand im always slapping away punches/catching punches especially if im jabbing. I like to slip as i move my rear hand in position to catch as i step in with a jab.
I love learning from your UA-cam videos, over the years i came along way from learning on UA-cam not just the gym. I have financial hardships at the moment but as soon as I get a home for my family im going to get most of your courses even if the price gos up i know these courses coach Anthony has is going to well worth it. Though i been boxing/training for about 13 years i feel like these course will be a major game changer. Thank you for another great video

This is good stuff! I learn from the time I been doing boxing that you have to stay off the centerline of your opponent, or sparring partner punches. That’s why having good footwork is very good. Pivot off your punches will help a lot..

I'm a firm believer in unnecessary head movement too. I think you knock down the percentage of jabs landed naturally by lowering the amount of jabs/punches attempted by doing so.
I was the thousandth like on this vid too. Great channel. Just found it a few months ago.

Nice. I'm keeping this one. I feel like the Jab in MMA has even more emphasis on it. But I get stuck when I gas out, so that's a big part of it for me.
I'm doing more walking, shadowboxing routines, and bag work.
    Thanks Brotha

walking aint gonna cut it...unless you mean something else...lol. Jogging is better, but still not the best. Jogging + sprinting is much better. Also side stepping around the ring while holding light weights is great. That'll help you get used to being in the ring too.
I like walking cause it gets my body booted up in the morning for other things also just a pleasant way to start the day...lol

Noticed you use a UP JAB when demonstrating a PARRY. I believe a parry is easier when your hand is high from the start instead of under your chin like you say. Please give a video of you throwing a regular JAB at Eddie Chambers or any assistant.

I like to let them punch themselves up on the ropes , and then go on the attack. My coach hates it but I find if I work with it I can have success. What indo different than most fighters is I just cover my nuts, to make sure I don't take any hits there by accident or intentional grimy behavior. It takes them off guard sometimes , and delays their assault sometimes by .032 seconds, and I use that time to rest. Yes maybe temporary but I think it helps. And then I just focus on my breathing, I don't need to flex my core because they foolishly only target my head. Fools. I then just recite a song, one of great complexity in my head to keep my mind distracted and focused on anything else but the dozens of punches to my dome piece, often i choose the space jam soundtrack or vanilla ice-am able to do this because I know I have double hands covering my googivers. Even if one hand gets passed, there's still one more before they can score, and it's even hard for a seasoned veteran catholic priest to pass...but anyway so its amportant to lean on the ropes incase you get knocked out, they wont know becuz the ropes will keep u up combined with each uppercut to the fa e that will stand u back upright everytime you lean forward to fall down. Nownits easy street , you dont feel a thing, get rested maybe a nice dream much like a inflight movie you enjoy yourself until you gwt to ur destination. Meanwhile hes tiring himself out, panics cuz he cant knock you out( so he thinks) and then loses all hope when he sees he cant evven try to cheat n win by a jab or knee to the nutterbutters. his coach even screams its cheating keeping your hands perm protecting your babybatters. "its like never moving your back row in checkers he'll scream" by then I'm covered in blood n can't see but inuse this as a setup like I learned from NATE Diaz. its finally tike when I come too . I come to life like a terminator model 101 just came online. assess myself n him.. my mouthpiece is gone but its cool cuz so r mosperfectl-check. coliflaur ear is not landmines, hit one now and blood explodes into eyes of opponent. Eyes are swollen soo much - now he can5 even see ur eyeballs, now he cant see where ur looking to attack. Perfect. Ypur jaw broke, and now he has no chin to connect with to twist your head for that knockout. No more knockout button, and ultimately less surface area to hit! Invaluable. And now he realizes hes caught in the snare alrdy. Its too late for him , it has been for a bit he just hadnt realized jt. The I then have everything set up and I take the hands off the nuts, who sway back and forth hanging happy . And by this time your opponent may beg for mercy like mcgreggor vs Khabib , and it's up to you to be a goku or vegeta. There's no right answer here, but note that if you pick goku , you indeed picked the wrong answer and should go roll a d20 dice to see how successfull you are to go fuck yourself.
Other strategys you can employ to win the fight is to use muay thia attack rules in a boxing match, I use that one alot you def have an advantage when he doesn5 STUPIDLY expect the headkick just because your not allowed to kick in boxing rules.. I do it everytime, the point deduction is well worth a first round knockout on your resume AND rap sheet when you do your time after each match. You get respect in the pen and win the fight. Everyone wins ...ceot your opponent but he's a bitch anyway who let someone kick him in the face and didn5 do anything about it. Anyway that is all. karate is inferior to taekwondo and if you think different you are not a vegeta you are a goku. Unfollow me.
