No Gym Full Body Workout Routine ~Francis Hasdak

  • The video is made in order to give information about a simple but effective Workout Routine that you can start to do to get your body fit and be healthier than you are right now. The exercises in the video follow some simple but very effective movements that train different muscle groups in your body and your body as a whole, helping you to get in shape!
    The exercises in the video Focus On : Chest, Arm, Abs, Glutes, Hamstrings, Leg and Core.
    Please watch the video till the end to find out which are the exercises. Rest after each exercise is 10 Seconds and after full circuit is 4-5 minutes. You can increase or decrease the Repetitions and Seconds in the exercise according to your capacity. If it's too hard decrease it, if it's too easy increase it, if you find this routine suitable just follow it.
