Why build around chill? You aren't chilling bosses, the Frostblink removes the chill and it's never reapplied. You can look in the video in for example the Sirus kill - he isn't chilled for the vast majority of the time.
Yeah, I went back and watched the footage and noticed that too. Probably will need to incorporate Cold Snap or some other hit spell to reapply chill, doesn't look like skitters is doing so.

Yeah, it's not necessary for the build but I picked it up and have used it on several characters now. I highlighted the items I think are important for the build itself in the video, anything I didn't mention is how much money you want to invest.

Probably worse than hexblast mine in most ways but it's still very cool and new so well done :)
