Ingredients:
1 cup white sugar
1 cup canna sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup light corn syrup
1/4 cup unsalted or salted butter
1/4 cup canna butter
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
1. Combine the sugar, and water in a medium saucepan, add corn syrup and butter and bring the mixture to a boil
over medium low heat. Reduce the heat to a steady simmer, then add a candy thermometer to the side of the pan.
2. When the candy gets close to 260 degrees F, warm the cream in your microwave for 30 seconds.
3. When the temperature hits 260 degrees F, add the warmed cream to the mixture while stirring. Be careful not to pour the
cream in too fast-it will spatter. Adding the cream will temporarily reduce the temperature, but it will go back up.
4. When the candy hits 290 degrees F, first rejoice, then turn off the heat and stir in the vanilla, salt and soy lecethin.
5. Use a spoon to distribute the hot caramel into candy molds. Don’t expect this to be a perfect process. You will probably
make drips and dribbles everywhere as you go, but that’s all part of the fun. If the candy begins to harden in the pan, put it
back on the heat for a minute to soften it up.
6. Let the candy set for about minutes, then remove the pieces from the molds and air tight wrappers, or wax paper. - Навчання та стиль
I really enjoy your recipes. I make the caramels all the time. So I don't have any waste going down the drain with hot water to clean up your pot. Set your pot in the freezer for 15 minutes or so. Once frozen turn upside down over a bowl n tap the sides with a butter knife handle n the left over candy will all fall into pieces into your bowl. Perfect for eating n no waste. Thank you for your delicious recipes 😋
Recipe:
1.5 cup sugar
0.5 cup canna sugar
0.5 cup light corn syrup
0.25 cup butter
0.25 cup canna butter
0.50 cup heavy cream
0.50 cup water
Tbsp vanilla
0.25 TSP soy lecithin
Measuring spoons
Medium sized heavy bottom pot
Candy thermometer
Spatula
Funnel
Pastry brush
Candy mold
Individual Cello wrappers
Heat sealer
Pot:
Both sugars
Water
Corn syrup
Butters
Prep hot water to wash down the crystals on the sides to control temps and avoid burning
Heat onto medium and stir til combined together stirring constantly and gently to 250 degrees Fahrenheit.
Once there heat cream in microwave
Once at 260 pour in heated heavy cream very slowly will drop temperature. Continue on medium low heat until thermometer shows 290 Fahrenheit. When cream is introduced temps will drop down 30-40 degrees.
Should take 25-30 minutes to get to 290 degrees but watch it closely.
Remove thermometer at 290 and add vanilla and a ¼ tsp of salt and ¼ tsp of lecithin. Mix in carefully with spoon then drop into funnel. Work quickly to pour as caramel will harden quickly. If slurry hardens to quick you can reheat it on low/medium heat to loosen it up and make it workable.
Let set for an hour or until fully cooled then wrap!
Thanks, appreciate it

YOU LOOK SOO GOOD
Great video!
I'm so happy to have found you! You're like a light in the darkness. I've been cooking professionally for over 20 years but just recently started seriously making edibles. In my preliminary research I found that a lot of the info online came from people who don't really know how to cook. You're definitely my go-to for all cannabis cooking. I'm happy to see you're back making videos and looking fabulous to boot! Love the new hair color btw! Thanks for all you do :)
Thank you very much :) That is why I started making videos because I was annoyed at how much bad information was out there.
TRUE. There is a lot of fake people.Im so Glad you're NOT. Hey you can't send me a sample to my house . please I would appreciate that.

Yeah candy!!!
God Goood Morning Queen Liz!!! Loooookin amazing Queen 👑!!!! Thanks 🙏
Love the video! Will using guara gum in making your canna butter effect the hardness of the candy too?
Thanks for this recipe! Do you have one for a canna facial scrub for acne??
Liked, Shared & Commented, Cheers.
I MISSED YOU!!!!
You should make a video on how to make infused beverages like soda :)
Can you make a video on how you make your butter?
Hi Liz.. great channel you got .. I’ve made your delicious treats and have had good consistent results from your recipes. Your my go to channel for eatable recipes.. if I have a question, I reference you 1st.. and share your channel with others.
My son got me the levo2 when I showed him your video on oil infusion machines. I just got it last week .. I haven’t found to many recipes for it tho.. in terms of the botanicals and amounts.. the pod only seems to hold 10-13 grams.. Do you know any hacks got the levo2? Will it do honey?
Have you ever used the pressure cooker method to infuse?? If so would you do a video on that please.. 🙏
Love the new addition of the overhead camera 📷 and your hair looks amazing! Will this recipe make chewy carmels if you don't heat it too high? And the individual wrappers are fantastic!
I haven't tried it with this recipe but I do have a chewy caramel video.
@@DiamondDelightEdibles excellent. I'll look.
Thanks
Happy Easter 🐣
Hey Oliver!!!!!
Does the high temperatures effect the potency?
I'm pretty new to all of this but I binge watched all the videos on your channel I love them so much. I was wondering if you're using the levo for your cannabutter or if you're still doing it the same way. I'm trying to figure out all of this 🥰
Levo isn’t any good … have one … waste of time.
It doesn’t move the liquid through the pot .
Where did you get the bags from. I can't seem to find them
Big Hugs from Sunny Spain!!!! My wife and I make edibles and infusions for my lupus and for our friends with pain. We made some Werther's style chocolates by medicated mistake.....but couldn't remember HOW we made them!!!! 😎. We will have to make something to replace corn syrup, can't find that here....maybe a brownie will help me remember. Thanks for your videos. Oxox
You can make inverted sugar, or use glucose syrup.
Lyles Golden syrup-go for it111
Can you use anything other than the lecithin?
Can you use all cana butter is you do not have cana sugar?
Are you able to replace the cannabutter with canacoconut oil?
Hi Liz I'm a medical patient and I want to know if you have any recipes that will be able to use decarbed concentrate?
Does the high temperatures degrade the cannabis?
Where do i get canna sugar
What type of soy lecithin? Thanketh you.
Nice! Are your from Canada? I heard a cute accent somewhere 🤗💕 and your hair 😍
Yes, I'm from Toronto, Canada
How do you make Canna sugar
Do these mold?
YUM!! I'm going to make these sometime! New to cannabis baking so I'm watching videos trying to learn. I'm still stuck on the tincture. Any advice?
What do you need to know?
My first task is going to be making a tincture out of concentrates. I’m still searching for info. I’m wondering if I decarb it, add the alcohol Then what? Does it need to sit or would it be ready to use? Cannabis cooking is new to me! Thank you. I love your videos and your animals.
I have not made a tincture from from concentrates and have not looked into much. I'm sorry I'm not more help with that at this time. I'm hoping to get into concentrates in the future.
Where do you get canna sugar?
Thx for sharing!! 😎
You make it, she has videos on it.
Have you ever thought about using thc wax or shatter?
I've been thinking about it but my budget only goes so far :)
What would you say the potency is? And I have yet to make an oil or butter that isn't strongly cannabis flavored.😕 That's an awesome color.
They are about 25mg ea. That is why I usually do a mix of regular butter and cannabutter to help counter the cannabis taste.
Looking Fabby
Hi Liz, your hair looks great!
Didn’t you have a much bigger doggie??
Hi Carla, thank you. Yes I did. Sadly, she got cancer and I had to send her to the Rainbow Bridge.
@@DiamondDelightEdibles Oh I’m so sorry. 🙁 Well Oliver is just darling! 🥰
Thank you very much 😘
HaHa.....my first job after graduating Pharmacy school was R&D AT RICHARDSON VICKS....made a lot of cough drops!
On Friday...end of the week...we would make butterscotch candies......so good!
Can I use all canna butter?
Yes you can.
So if I want chewy caramels. What temp should I take it to?
it's actually a different recipe. I have a recipe for chewy caramels: ua-cam.com/video/dmFGGXRKRac/v-deo.html
@@DiamondDelightEdibles I have watched that one. All your videos are great. Thank you so much for doing them
Serious Question - 2 years later - How is the canna butter not being burnt up 100% with the heat and boiling it for this long of a period. Any form of thc burns up over 100 Fahrenheit so is she making this for just non medicinal purposes, or am I missing something?
you decaard bud at 225-250 for 30 minutes to activate it, you then infuse at like 165-175 for 4-6 hours or more, not sure if you meant 100 degrees, but this recipe total will get you tore up it you put in potent butter.
Are these soft or hard candy ?
hard candies
What is Cana sugar? Are these THC candies?🎉
Yes they are THC candies. Canna sugar is sugar infused with thc tincture. If you want to make the candies regular, just use non thc butter and sugar.
@@DiamondDelightEdibles so happy to have found your channel. I have so much I need to finally make. Should I throw out my old stuff?
I’ve purchased everything. What a hassle to get everything for this recipe but cannot find any heavy based bloody pots. Wasted my money on ingredients.
hey can you check out my edibles reviews and tell me what you think?
Where do I see it?
@@DiamondDelightEdibles it’s on my channel @exoticmeech my profile
taking your confection over 250°F will convert any THC or CBD to CBN, making these sleepy time caramels. That might be worth noting in the video or comments as well. thanks for the recipe .
There is constant debate over this, I'd like to see your source? All baked goods are cooked above that temperature. I've seen it claimed anything over 375°f will degrade the THC.
Make a dry caramel, whisk vanilla infused hot cream little by little, let cool then add butter using a stick blender.... no need for any of the other ingredients...
@@phillyb8347 You seem lost 🤣 no one asked you for your caramel recipe.
@@Clownsssss another way is baking with regular butter and sugar, and then as soon as you remove from the heat stir in your desired amount of deboxed resin from a solventless press that has been desolved in a MTC carrier coconut oil. You will need to know how the correct dose, there is a potential for either very potent or no effect candies. Or just try the recipe for yourself and test it out. Great job Liz.

Love your videos but I cried a little when you said to run hot water in the pot. All I could see is that yummy goodness going to waste 😥.
Hey liz! Ive been using your soft caramel recipe for a while now. Could i just cook that longer to make it hard?
Yes, just make sure to do it on medium low heat to avoid burning.
Can I use tincture instead of canna butter?? Guess she doesn't say
