    Ingredients:
    1 cup white sugar
    1 cup canna sugar
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/2 cup water
    1/2 cup light corn syrup
1/4 cup unsalted or salted butter
    1/4 cup canna butter
    1/2 cup heavy cream
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    Instructions:
    1. Combine the sugar, and water in a medium saucepan, add corn syrup and butter and bring the mixture to a boil
over medium low heat. Reduce the heat to a steady simmer, then add a candy thermometer to the side of the pan.
    2. When the candy gets close to 260 degrees F, warm the cream in your microwave for 30 seconds.
    3. When the temperature hits 260 degrees F, add the warmed cream to the mixture while stirring. Be careful not to pour the
cream in too fast-it will spatter. Adding the cream will temporarily reduce the temperature, but it will go back up.
    4. When the candy hits 290 degrees F, first rejoice, then turn off the heat and stir in the vanilla, salt and soy lecethin.
    5. Use a spoon to distribute the hot caramel into candy molds. Don’t expect this to be a perfect process. You will probably
make drips and dribbles everywhere as you go, but that’s all part of the fun. If the candy begins to harden in the pan, put it
back on the heat for a minute to soften it up.
    6. Let the candy set for about minutes, then remove the pieces from the molds and air tight wrappers, or wax paper.

I really enjoy your recipes. I make the caramels all the time. So I don't have any waste going down the drain with hot water to clean up your pot. Set your pot in the freezer for 15 minutes or so. Once frozen turn upside down over a bowl n tap the sides with a butter knife handle n the left over candy will all fall into pieces into your bowl. Perfect for eating n no waste. Thank you for your delicious recipes 😋

    Recipe:
    1.5 cup sugar
    0.5 cup canna sugar
    0.5 cup light corn syrup
    0.25 cup butter
    0.25 cup canna butter
    0.50 cup heavy cream
    0.50 cup water
    Tbsp vanilla
    0.25 TSP soy lecithin
    Measuring spoons
    Medium sized heavy bottom pot
    Candy thermometer
    Spatula
    Funnel
    Pastry brush
    Candy mold
    Individual Cello wrappers
    Heat sealer
    Pot:
    Both sugars
    Water
    Corn syrup
    Butters
Prep hot water to wash down the crystals on the sides to control temps and avoid burning
Heat onto medium and stir til combined together stirring constantly and gently to 250 degrees Fahrenheit.
Once there heat cream in microwave
Once at 260 pour in heated heavy cream very slowly will drop temperature. Continue on medium low heat until thermometer shows 290 Fahrenheit. When cream is introduced temps will drop down 30-40 degrees.
Should take 25-30 minutes to get to 290 degrees but watch it closely.
Remove thermometer at 290 and add vanilla and a ¼ tsp of salt and ¼ tsp of lecithin. Mix in carefully with spoon then drop into funnel. Work quickly to pour as caramel will harden quickly. If slurry hardens to quick you can reheat it on low/medium heat to loosen it up and make it workable.
Let set for an hour or until fully cooled then wrap!
