I've always wanted to be therapist, counselor, or a psychologist...I've been binging on coaching videos for about a year. I must say Coach Lee is the best..I use to be intimidated to watch his videos cause he looks so serious, but once I started watching him I got addicted! I watch at least 4 of his videos before I go to bed..I even watch him before I come to work!! He leaves NO stone unturned!! He is so passionate about his coaching...it makes him so attractive! 🖤☺
The first 2 days is like someone died but then each day gets better. I did what Coach said, and he started to notice I didn't care, that turned the tide and he asked me back and only in my terms so thank you for keeping me see it at a macro level.
Almost 30 days of no contact and still nothing from him. At this point I don't really expect him to reach out anymore (although I desire it so badly). I miss him like crazy but let me tell you this, my obsession SLOWLY fades away. Finally I can focus on something else even if it is just for 5-10 minutes, but still, I feel relieved. Keep fighting people, I wouldn't have survived without all these videos, they kept me relatively sane. EDIT: he reached out on day 35. But I think I screw it, because he got silent again. The point is though, they DO reach out when you follow strictly NC rule. Good luck anyone!

He reached out again three days after that and this time he actually wanted to meet and to talk to me. Therefore never lose hope
@@luissantiago6077 We were texting and talking on the phone for a few days, but he didn't really seem to be 100% sure if he wants to be in relationship again. I couldn't deal with that, my heart was aching every time I heard his voice, because the vision of being his friend or whatever was thousand times worse than not being with him at all. So I call the meeting off and asked him politely not to bother me. He was sad but he didn't try to talk me out of it, so here we are again: another 30 days of NC... (btw I still believe it was a good decision - it has spared me a lot of pain, I'm starting to heal).

I NEVER chased, pleaded or begged. Gave him the break-up. Sooo…..I started watching your videos to get my ex back. Well, I got her back. Not totally, taking it very slow and had our second date last Thursday night. What I’ve realized: 1) I felt better during no-contact. The first week was pure dog shit, but the next 23 days I felt free, empowered, and confident as hell 2) I don’t love her anymore. And, to be frank, I can do a lot better 3) I’ve lost 8 lbs. in six weeks but have added noticeable muscle development. Cut out processed foods and drinking. Dedicated myself to focusing on personal growth, but remembering to have fun as well. In contrast, it’s obvious my ex has done zero work. Rather than work on themselves, they’ve just been hitting up bars and drinking out with her girlfriends. And it’s obvious. It’s strange. Six weeks ago, I was a broken man. I thought I could never do better than her. Wow. I was wrong. Much love for your videos, Coach Lee. Update: we were going to meet again this coming Saturday, but I’m changing locations because I no longer want her and don’t want to lead her on. So the plan is to meet for a cup of coffee and I’m going to be honest and tell her it’s over. I’d say there’s no hard feelings, but there are (no animosity, though). That's great dude. I'm over 1 month after BU, but 2 weeks into No Contact. She hasn't contacted me yet, but I created an Instagram account a week ago and she started to follow me, watch my stories, like my posts. It's confusing to me but I'm not going to contact her. I'm meeting up with friends and visiting cool places, also seeing my therapist and I'm starting to work out! I want to be in a place where I love myself more than her. I think I'm going to do indefinite no contact. I feel like I was putting in waaaaay more effort anyways, so that stopped as of 3 days ago (when I went no contact). The breakup happened a month ago, and yes, I admit I sent way too many texts/calls/emails trying to get her back. Over the last 3 days, I realized I need to respect myself and stop. She told me I treated her better than anyone else ever had before, but I was so good to her, she felt like I wasn't a challenge... What's that all about? This is very similar to my situation and it confuses me. I was hearing often the phrases "I don't deserve to be treated this well" and "there is someone out there that is 100% suited to you" and after the breakup, she just expresses the want to be friends. It's baffling why a partner would think this way. It's like cutting your nose off to spite your face.
She was playing you Darrell. She was putting you in the backburner incase it didnt workout with her new encounters. It is better that you move on. If she reappears again. Show her that you were happier without her. She deserves a badboy not a good one like you :) These women give us good women a bad name. Coach Lee deserves SO MUCH MORE subscriber activity. He's so much better than other larger UA-cam channels. He got my attention when he said NOT TO IGNORE the the ex during No Contact. Because that was the opposite of what is proposed by other big YT channels. But my instincts told me Coach Lee was right...HE WAS. Respond, but be neutral. Indifferent. It works fantastic. Reply, but don't initiate. Does the job of you not looking like an asshole or bitter AND it makes them keep coming back.
Did it work out for you? Have you any examples of neutral responses. I find it so difficult to control myself and be in a state of confidence and neutrality with her, I feel 95% certain that she’s friend zoning me, we have a child together which makes the N/C so much more difficult for me, and I keep finding myself saying things to try and get the outcome I want when deep down I know it’s not going to work, I know it’s more likely keeping her in the relief stage (if she even cares enough or has any worry at all to feel relieved), and keep pushing her away. I do stupid things all the time like switching from hinting and trying to flirt, to being passive aggressive type behaviour, ignorant, back to trying to be nice and hinting at sorting things out. Some days I manage ok without getting texts, then others my anxiety ruins me and I feel pathetic and weak and so full of fear that I’ll never get her back and that someone else may have her attention already. I keep checking her Facebook profile and her Snapchat count and checking when she’s online etc. I’ve spent countless hours watching all of coach Lee’s videos and they help while watching them, but when it comes to putting the advice in to action, it’s almost like I’ve not yet seen a single video, it slips my mind and I almost do everything the opposite, or sometimes I’ll follow the advice for a very short period and before I know it I’m reverting back to doing the wrong things again through fear based emotions. I try to tell myself “f@@@ her, she can do what she wants, there’s no point in me trying” then boom, there I go again stumbling down the wrong path again. Sorry for this long message

No contact day 1: disabled social media (30days), phone number still viable form of contact. She moved out when I was at work. Just me and my cat now. Sent a couple texts hours after she left now I feel like a ghost. Been watching his videos since starting no contact. She came back once before, 7 days after no contact. I have become super disciplined in everything. Weird how much you can change after being an emotional wreck.

After my breakup, I now have a motivation: Money and building finances for my future. Thanks to her for pointing that out. I still love her, but I am far too uninvolved to respond even remotely favourably. And I need to focus on my family. Things will b much better for me, but she may or may not b part of that life I would have so loved to gift her. I pray she is happy and has clarity on everything she does.

After 30 days of no contact, we were back to talking. It’s been 9 days now, and I’ve realized I’ve gone back to being the pursuer. He is still unsure of what he wants and even though he says he wants to spend time with me more, he doesn’t want to be with me exclusively. I’ve decided to go back into NC for one more month. Let’s see what happens. Baby steps.

I can walk into a restaurant and there’s 10 beautiful waitresses and customers, I can walk into a bar or night club and there’s 50 single woman. 7 days ago I would have said yes to a relationship, now I am so happy single, it is crazy, I always had anxiety about texting her in time to not make her mad... F$@$ that. I guess it can go both ways: either they miss you so much, they wonder if it was a mistake and that you might get away OR and I believe this happens a lot too, is that it will have the effect of "out of mind out of sight" and feelings will fade completely. I am afraid that in my case the later is the case.

How do I know if he misses or he is coming back to me and our son? Since he was the one cheated and broke up with me... He prefers spending times with his friends more than to spend just a minute to call me. That's why the fight always happens because he never has time for me and our son. We are in different countries due to covid. All his family and friends have blocked me. He seems to have a fun and don't give a f*** about me and our son. We have been apart for a year coz of covid and he decided to cheat on me coz he couldn't wait for me and our son to join him any longer. Friends also had a bad influence on him. Our 8 years of relationship with a child meant nothing to him.

I've always wanted to be therapist, counselor, or a psychologist...I've been binging on coaching videos for about a year. I must say Coach Lee is the best..I use to be intimidated to watch his videos cause he looks so serious, but once I started watching him I got addicted! The first 2 days is like someone died but then each day gets better. I did what Coach said, and he started to notice I didn't care, that turned the tide and he asked me back and only in my terms so thank you for keeping me see it at a macro level.

Almost 30 days of no contact and still nothing from him. At this point I don't really expect him to reach out anymore (although I desire it so badly). I miss him like crazy but let me tell you this, my obsession SLOWLY fades away. Finally I can focus on something else even if it is just for 5-10 minutes, but still, I feel relieved. Keep fighting people, I wouldn't have survived without all these videos, they kept me relatively sane.
EDIT: he reached out on day 35. But I think I screw it, because he got silent again. The point is though, they DO reach out when you follow strictly NC rule. Good luck anyone!

I couldn't deal with that, my heart was aching every time I heard his voice, because the vision of being his friend or whatever was thousand times worse than not being with him at all. So I call the meeting off and asked him politely not to bother me. He was sad but he didn't try to talk me out of it, so here we are again: another 30 days of NC... (btw I still believe it was a good decision - it has spared me a lot of pain, I'm starting to heal).

I NEVER chased, pleaded or begged. Gave him the break-up.
And I always did work on myself, meditate, yoga, kayaking, gym, bicycling, have hobbies, family, friends, etc. Ex was gaga for me for years; we've had an emotional connection for years, then romantic/physical. Thought we both wanted the same thing, that we were each other's person.
I'm leaving the country for almost two months, will have that country's sim card, so won't even know if he will contact me. Honestly, I don't think I will ever feel the same way towards him, after he pushed me away, after all we had been through just to be together. To say I'm crushed is an understatement. Want to do what they did in "Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind" and wipe all memory of him from my mind and heart.
It is my 46th day of NC. My ex texted me today and told me he missed and wanted me back. I told him I am now on the moving on stage and all I want from him is to help me forget him. And I think I'll regret this in the next couple of days, but I am not going back to that toxic relationship again. Thank you so much your advices coach Lee. I can now close this chapter of my life.

Sooo…..I started watching your videos to get my ex back. Well, I got her back. Not totally, taking it very slow and had our second date last Thursday night. What I’ve realized:
1) I felt better during no-contact. The first week was pure dog shit, but the next 23 days I felt free, empowered, and confident as hell
2) I don’t love her anymore. And, to be frank, I can do a lot better
3) I’ve lost 8 lbs. in six weeks but have added noticeable muscle development. Cut out processed foods and drinking. Dedicated myself to focusing on personal growth, but remembering to have fun as well.
In contrast, it’s obvious my ex has done zero work. Rather than work on themselves, they’ve just been hitting up bars and drinking out with her girlfriends. And it’s obvious.
It’s strange. Six weeks ago, I was a broken man. I thought I could never do better than her. Wow. I was wrong.

Update: we were going to meet again this coming Saturday, but I’m changing locations because I no longer want her and don’t want to lead her on. I think I'm going to do indefinite no contact. I feel like I was putting in waaaaay more effort anyways, so that stopped as of 3 days ago (when I went no contact). This is very similar to my situation and it confuses me.
I was hearing often the phrases "I don't deserve to be treated this well" and "there is someone out there that is 100% suited to you" and after the breakup, she just expresses the want to be friends.
It's baffling why a partner would think this way. It's like cutting your nose off to spite your face.
She was playing you Darrell. She was putting you in the backburner incase it didnt workout with her new encounters. It is better that you move on. If she reappears again. Show her that you were happier without her. She deserves a badboy not a good one like you :) These women give us good women a bad name. Coach Lee deserves SO MUCH MORE subscriber activity. He's so much better than other larger UA-cam channels.
He got my attention when he said NOT TO IGNORE the the ex during No Contact. Because that was the opposite of what is proposed by other big YT channels. But my instincts told me Coach Lee was right...HE WAS.
Respond, but be neutral. Indifferent. It works fantastic. Reply, but don't initiate. Does the job of you not looking like an asshole or bitter AND it makes them keep coming back.
Did it work out for you? Have you any examples of neutral responses. I find it so difficult to control myself and be in a state of confidence and neutrality with her, I feel 95% certain that she’s friend zoning me, we have a child together which makes the N/C so much more difficult for me, and I keep finding myself saying things to try and get the outcome I want when deep down I know it’s not going to work, I know it’s more likely keeping her in the relief stage (if she even cares enough or has any worry at all to feel relieved), and keep pushing her away. I do stupid things all the time like switching from hinting and trying to flirt, to being passive aggressive type behaviour, ignorant, back to trying to be nice and hinting at sorting things out. Some days I manage ok without getting texts, then others my anxiety ruins me and I feel pathetic and weak and so full of fear that I’ll never get her back and that someone else may have her attention already. I keep checking her Facebook profile and her Snapchat count and checking when she’s online etc. I’ve spent countless hours watching all of coach Lee’s videos and they help while watching them, but when it comes to putting the advice in to action, it’s almost like I’ve not yet seen a single video, it slips my mind and I almost do everything the opposite, or sometimes I’ll follow the advice for a very short period and before I know it I’m reverting back to doing the wrong things again through fear based emotions. I try to tell myself “f@@@ her, she can do what she wants, there’s no point in me trying” then boom, there I go again stumbling down the wrong path again. Sorry for this long message

After 30 days of no contact, we were back to talking. It’s been 9 days now, and I’ve realized I’ve gone back to being the pursuer. He is still unsure of what he wants and even though he says he wants to spend time with me more, he doesn’t want to be with me exclusively. I’ve decided to go back into NC for one more month. Can you do a video on the subject where youre in the wrong? Like you weren't the one putting much effort in or if you were too judgmental and weren't supportive enough but wanna show your ex that youve changed and regret doing that stuff?
I can't thank you enough for what you do, I've been suffering a lot, full of anxiety, and I was about to commit suicide, I felt lost, but watching your videos gave me hope, I even bought the emergency kit, and now I'm still suffering but I'm calm working in myself and having patience, letting time do its job and believing it can happen to me that she comes back. No contact worked after a week
It's been over two months of no contact... Nearly three months since the breakup... And we were together for a couple of months. I've almost lost all hope.. But I still don't want to break NC and contact him... 😞
I have been with my ex for 5 months. He reached out about 6 months of NC. He said he misses me, he did a mistake by breaking up with me and so. Don´t lose hope!
Me ex came back after 8 days of no contact. I did ignore a couple of days which made him reach out to one of my friends. Now that im talking to him im going slowly.

I can walk into a restaurant and there’s 10 beautiful waitresses and customers, I can walk into a bar or night club and there’s 50 single woman. I guess it can go both ways: either they miss you so much, they wonder if it was a mistake and that you might get away OR and I believe this happens a lot too, is that it will have the effect of "out of mind out of sight" and feelings will fade completely. I am afraid that in my case the later is the case.

How do I know if he misses or he is coming back to me and our son? Since he was the one cheated and broke up with me... He prefers spending times with his friends more than to spend just a minute to call me. That's why the fight always happens because he never has time for me and our son. We are in different countries due to covid. All his family and friends have blocked me. He seems to have a fun and don't give a f*** about me and our son. We have been apart for a year coz of covid and he decided to cheat on me coz he couldn't wait for me and our son to join him any longer. Friends also had a bad influence on him. Our 8 years of relationship with a child meant nothing to him.
