Watched several of these as Roth descriptions, ad this was by far the most user-friendly. Thanks for doing it.

How much pressure is applied to the pulling belt?? Also, would it be a good idea while watching TV to sit with a small cushion under the lower side buttock to even out the spine? Many thanks - loved this!!
Hey Louise! So the pressure of the belt should be enough to pull the right side of the pelvis slightly downward. It shouldn't be uncomfortable but feel like a pull. You could sit on a bean bag or cushion under the left buttock to even the pelvis!
From where to get the traction belt ?
Please write down from where the small pillows ?
Hey Kamal! I get them from happysew.com! Use the promo code “SCHROTHBOSS” to get 15% off!
I have a question about the position, I can not bend on my knees due to R knee replacement. ? What other position could I use ? I like the breathing exercises. Where can I purchase those bean bags ? Thank you LK from Canada. ❤❤😊😊
Hey LK! I’m happy to connect with you! I would try this exercise standing “prone over feet”. So knees bent and reaching away from you with your spine flat as a table top. Here’s a video: ua-cam.com/users/shortseiiM9yykwd8?si=J4RD3aMFSa1rlovp
The website for the beanbags is: happysew.com
You can get a discount with the promo code “SCHROTHBOSS” !
Can I know what the belt is called? Is it traction? Can’t find like that on our online shop here in our country. Is there other term for that? Also the rice bags, is there alternative for it? Thank you in advance! ❤
any alternatives for the belt pleaseee
If the x-ray shows the left pelvis is higher, or if my pelvis is balanced, is there any change in the position of my traction belt?
I would connect with a schroth PT in your area to answer that question. Or book a consult with me and I can take a look at your X-ray and clinical presentation!
just in theory, the position of belt
will change or not?3c 4c right thoracic@@schrothboss
@@user-gm9ov6mq7u yes the belt is offset to the right for 3C!
I have one doubt why u donot consider the left lumber while doing it how to send the breath to lumber concave in all excersise will it correct it self my bigg doubt
Yes you should expand into the lumbar concavity as well as the thoracic concavity!!! When there is a major and minor curve we tend to focus on the major concavity first! I hope that helps!!
I have same level right 36 tharoic and 34 lumber 4c curve I think
So how to send breath to lumber cocavity by adjusting hip or?? I feel I have pretty same level
@@harinivasini5576 surprisingly the rib cage comes pretty low and infringes on the lumbar spine. The last rib attached to T12. So you can still use the breath and rib cage to expand and open the lumbar.
Hi
Glad you found this valuable! Let me know if you have any specific questions! I’d be happy to help!
i am a pilates instructor , interested in schroth training. Because of not being in the medical profession i cannot take classes. so where can i get this training. I live in zipcode 19067 pa yardley. thanks.
I would check out Scoliopilates! Very similar to schroth and I would highly recommend!
@@schrothboss Thsnk you for replying. I have Katrina book. looking for the next step. looking to train with the Schroth method. if anything else comes to mind, please let me know.
How can i derotate while doing scroth exercises
Good question. De-rotation occurs with expansion via breathing. The goal is to breathe into the concavity and open it up to help de-rotate the ribs, and subsequently the vertebrae. I hope that makes sense!
