- Doing Physiotherapeutic Scoliosis Specific Exercise (PSSE), like The Schroth Method, can be really helpful to stop progression of the curve, reduce pain, and improve posture. But, what are some other things that can be done at the same time?
In this video I discuss the top 3 exercises you can do while doing Schroth Method, along with other methods, of scoliosis specific exercise.
Check with your Physical Therapist to know if these exercises are right for you. These are to target specific areas that are a problem with most scoliosis patients.

Thank you very much for the last exercise shown 06:49. But it is better to do exercise near the Swedish wall, skipping the elastic band behind the right or left vertical base. Because in your exercise, the stomach does not allow you to do the full range of motion. Ie, to spread your arms to the horizontal plane of the back. ❤

Can I do this exercise for my thoracic scoliosis
These should be ok for thoracic scoliosis but I would recommend working specifically with a therapist who knows what they are doing for scoliosis. They can help you more specifically.
