I have Ehlers Danlos Syndrome and after a bunch of painful dislocations I was practically bed bound for a long time. These exercises will be great for me to start getting back in to shape! Thank you🙂
I also have Ehlers Danlos; I will try some of these moves in water as I injure myself less frequently in the water! Hello to all fellow Zebras out there !
These were nice, and I think I will try before morning coffee.============== Tip: you are wearing black shirt, black pants and sitting on dark chair. Wearing all dark clothing makes it hard to see what going on when you are seated. Various colors / shades may help out. Thank you
