    I usually hit the floor to go feed the animals we have. I'm not a morning person. I really like this. I think I can take ten minutes to actually let my body wake up. Thanks.

    I have Ehlers Danlos Syndrome and after a bunch of painful dislocations I was practically bed bound for a long time. These exercises will be great for me to start getting back in to shape! Thank you🙂

      I also have Ehlers Danlos; I will try some of these moves in water as I injure myself less frequently in the water! Hello to all fellow Zebras out there !

    Tip: you are wearing black shirt, black pants and sitting on dark chair. Wearing all dark clothing makes it hard to see what going on when you are seated. Various colors / shades may help out. Thank you

    Thank you for this beginner morning work out, I really like it. I have done the japanese Radio Taiso every morning but I´m not sure if those exercises are any good. Maybe an idea for a future video? Have a good day!

    I have osteoporosis: are these gentle bends and twists safe for me?

      The exercises in this routine should be safe for individuals with osteoporosis but it is always a great idea to consult with your doctor.

      Brad has ataxia, which affects speech and balance....he is working on those areas, otherwise he is working hard as ever. Thank you guys for your knowledge and help
