    Thank you…I needed something to just start. So many injuries it is a challenge just to start back up to where I was. I accustom to this but I’m a much older person this time around. I am motivated, but this was perfect to help get going. Thank you Father God for this really awesome lady.

    Played golf yesterday and have been having to take the next day to recover. So I was searching for a workout to use indoors. Found this video. It kicked my old butt. Gonna repeat this tomorrow and try to do it daily. Thank you!

    Someone suggested this video to me to work on my core strength when I just started working out because I can’t keep my legs up for bicycle crunches with out pain in my quads, this is helping a lot thank you!

    FOUND THIS while trying to repair my piriformis muscle. Now I am ready to strengthen my core and legs. On day 5... its great. I sent this to 3 friends challenging them to join me in doing this every morning for 1 month. They are to text me DONE after each day they do it. We are all in our 70's and they are excited to finally DO SOMETHING positive!

    One criticism (cause you are the expert, not me). Never put your hands behind your head, because you will start pulling on your head. Place hands on chest. I learned this watching an instructor demonstrating sit-ups.

    • @BobandBrad
      @BobandBrad  2 роки тому

      I would suggest modifying the bicycle and only lifting up on leg at a time.

    This is great. Is this ok when a person has arthritis in the back and degenerative disc disease? I was told doing core exercises would help with that.

    I feel like that chair would move on my plank....when I do the elbow plank on a weight bench, I make my trainer put her foot on the end so it won't slide

      Place the chair up against a wall when possible to prevent it from sliding. Works for me.

    • @BobandBrad

      Hi Jodie! I would consider consulting with your doctor before trying this but Part 1 of this series should be gentle enough for you. I would suggest sticking only to Part 1 of this series.

      This is missing the Signature Bob & Brad details & suggestions for focus while moving…. “Be sure to twist here but don’t put pressure there” , “you want to feel this muscle group working” , “show how that looks from the side”. Instead of motivating me & having fun, this presentation is designed to put me to sleep & in my grave…. I would get more info from an old Jack Lalanne video tape!!! Where’s all the discussion about modern Physical Therapy research & the stimulation for me to get to get up & out & be Human????
