Just did this, having health issues and not exercising much in the passed months. This stuff is great to get people back into the groove. It's enough to get the heart rate going if done lightly, and break a little sweat. Or after a bit, you can kick harder, squat lower, etc., to get more from it. Thank you.
Thank you Jordan for creating this exercise routine. I have lost a lot of stamina and deconditioned in the last 6 months, trying to recover from bilateral shoulder bursitis. I can do this routine without putting pressure on my shoulders.

Rofl, I made it through the warm up with you. Sat and finished the workout with you. Some of those moves (back step and squat tap) will have to be practiced in isolation Balance won't allow that today. Great workout as usual.
Do stretches etc but hate workouts Just did this and feel good need to work on my form but great to keep moving 20 mins Off to do house work now Thanks
You can offer to do them with her, and try to laugh and have fun doing it, being silly, while lightly doing the movements safely. I think exercise is way easier and more consistent when doing it with someone else. First you're always the one suggesting it, but gradually they start asking if you're going to do them. Starting to do them in front of people gets them motivated to do it too, especially if it appears light and easy to do. I'm no expert, just experience during my weight loss journey. Hope it helps.
