    Wow! I needed this so bad.
    I am so out of shape with problems with lower back L4,L5,S1 and hips but was able to do the whole workout but not being able to fully bend but I did as much as I could. The lounges were hard for me to do and I did need a chair to hold on to while doing them, but YAY! did the whole workout. So glad to have found a complete shown short work out for the legs. Will try to do this work out everyday or every other gain so to gain back strength in my kegs. Thank you so much for putting this work-out out there. God Bless!

    Hi Jordan, really enjoy your videos. Do you think it is better to use a chair so I can get my knees all the way to the ground on the lunges, or use no chair and only be able to go half way?

    Hi. Followed along today. Trouble I have, doing lunges front & back & both types of squat. My knee bones are both creaking?To the point I felt I don't want to do any damage? What can you suggest?

    Sir my cousin is suffering from L5S1 and l4l5 bulging and moderate pinching nerve(as mri says) at age of 20 and yes sir i have watched all your videos, and infactany others as well. Sir my question is that is it possible to do exercise during pain(pinching nerve) and he is not at all willing to go for surgery. Also is it by any chance curable without surgery through exercise?

      Hi K the "Eagle" I hope Bod& Brad will respond to your question. Having had to deal with problems now going on for 3 years with my L4, L5 S1, just to give your cousin some hope she may benefit from new alternative ways like decompression therapy or going to a chiropractor that has a special table that manually decompresses . Also you can find on line through A..... an inflatable decompression belt to help ease the pain. HonG Jiiiiinnnngggg make good ones, I have purchased the one that has heat and vibration. I use it only for a couple of hours on days I feel I really need it. as its important for your back to hold itself up on its own and not get used to constant support.. I hope your cousin keeps searching for alternative before ever going through any kind of back surgery. With time and proper care, many tines the back can heal without surgery. Don't give up looking and for alternative ways. Also we are all given a measure of faith and that with prayer is also helpful. God Bless!

      If you follow the correct PT exercises, it could possibly be cured without surgery, yes

      That's the beauty of doing workouts on UA-cam..you can just pause the video and take as many breaks as you need! Keep at it and soon you'll be able to get through the whole video at once 💪
