I start with enough to cover the bottom of the tray you want to pay attention to your soil if it looked dry add a little more if it’s dark and tray is heavy add less

What happens when you harvest? Can you just re water and have the sprouts grow again or do you start over?
Start over they lose nutrition on the regrow it also doesn’t grow as fast
Ca you use peat Moss for growing ANY microgreens? Do you need fertilizer with it? Thank you.
Microgreens do not need fertilizer we use the same soil for all our seeds
