Definitely a gorgeous area for sure brother! I'm glad that you got to spend some time out there enjoying it! Awesome setup that you have here as well 👍
Excellent video. I’m having a beer and cooking a chicken in the camp oven while watching you. The Jimny looks great. Nothing better than having a go at something yourself. We are off camping at Auburn next weekend. Have a great long weekend. Cheers
Nice video Andre. Ripper tent for sure and that Winnerwell is so good, would be great to leave on as a little winter heater in a van. Your right too, you can't beat a T bone. Only downer for me in your videos is the use of the plural, we this,we that. You know your alone and so do we, just my little gripe, keep up the good work.
Hey mate! Thanks for that. I’ll try to work on that. It’s an internal defence I use to help with my anxiety and fear, it refers mostly to: me and mine. The idea that I’m more than just me seems to help keep the demons at bay. I never realised it would be annoying to anyone. I’ll work on it.
I love everything about your setup, from the Jimny to the Winterwell stove. It is a pricey bugger though but it is a sight to behold. Even the knock-offs are expensive.
thanks for that! Yeah i know what you mean, it's a huge investment, i'm still reeling from it :-) I'm very much enjoying it though. It's not the most expensive thing i've ever bought, but it's close :-) I hope it lasts! Thanks for watching!

Hello! I just stumbled across your channel. I love watching camping videos that have jimnys in. I used to have a jimny and do car camping however found them a little unsafe on the road, I’d always be worried about hitting a kangaroo or emu and totalling the car and myself. I miss her though, such a fun little beast. I now share ford ranger with a bull bar! May I ask why you don’t have an awning for your little car? I found an awning with awning tent great for my jimny for rainy conditions/winter camping
Hi Kate! Thanks for watching! I do have an awning (a few of them now) it was not on the car as i was finishing off the vinyl on the outside of the car.
@@stevem4468 though one, the groove is quite deep on them so they might, but please don’t judge me if I’m wrong. I don’t have one of those to test it with.
Thank you for a great vid , good job on the Jimny it looks awesome. Where did you get your tent and how much ? I looked on line and couldn’t find an Aussie stockist .

Well done brother love to see that coming at ya from Canada, great job buddy
Thanks so much man!
I have the northgaze and would love one of these
Similar but very different. Both are great tents!
Good to see a camp video !
I’ll make sure there are more to come ;-) thanks for watching!!!

Love your vids mate. Great set ups and locations. Can you please share with us what those black tables are, and where to find them?
Cheers!
If you search tactical camping table on eBay you’ll find loads of different styles. Thanks for watching!!!!

Didn't know Winterwell invented the sad iron stove.... 😉
@themidweekescapeartist like your vibe, chill and relax. No too serious. Subbed!
@@ryancfs1 I appreciate that!!! Cheers mate! Lots to come!

Do any of the camp sites you go to have ablution facilities? They all seem very isolated.
Not usually. I’m self contained and that also means usually the sites are quiet. ;-) this camp did have a toilet and a shower though.
Back at the Scrub? Great spot. How do you think the Nature Hike would go in wet and windy weather?
Tipis go great in any weather;-)
I've used it in extreme winds, held up fine

Good to see you back out mate.
Where did you get the table poles from?
They look interesting
Got them from Drifta. Very useful little things.
Would they fit on like a Coleman/Bunnings style plastic blow mold style table?

Hi, nice video, thanks ~ I’m considering the ranch fire tent but seen some negative comments about the zips, any thoughts about them ?
I’m a fan, it’s a great tent.
Hey, great channel. Do you think you would fit two stretchers in the nature hike tent and inner? Cheers dean

Amazon Japan. ;-) just open an account. It’s readily available there. Not sure how much it was ;-)
