- We challenged chefs of three different skill levels - amateur Emily, home cook Lorenzo, and professional chef Frank from the Institute of Culinary Education - to wake up our taste buds with an egg breakfast sandwich. Once each of them had presented their creation, we asked food scientist Rose to weigh-in on their choices. Which one of these breakfast sandwiches are you going to recreate this weekend? After this episode of 4 Levels, you might make all three.

Before that, I make my own anvil, but I prefer steel instead of iron. After making the nails, I also make my own 100% steel screwdrivers. Then I make the table.

Carbon would be added to the iron, probably not found with it. Unless it came from a meteor, but the carbon can be kind of all over the place with those, which can leave it even more structurally unstable.

Y'all Frank is being really lazy today. He didn't even grow his own wheat OR kill his own pig.
While he was away, he actually triggered a big bang to create the molecules to make a supermarket, which he was supplying with various Frank quality foods, which were also created via the big bang and nurtured/farmed from there, all so that he could shop at his super-frank-market under the guise that he was an ordinary human who used money to buy pre-made food(disgusting) but was REALLY driving away all the suspicion that he has life altering powers which he uses to make god status food. He's really just trying to make you THINK he didn't butcher his own pig and grow his own wheat, but he did, and so much more.

I quite like the sandwiches that Emily and Frank put together. Lorenzo I felt like his sandwich was just too chaotic. My ideal breakfast sandwich would be a toasted English muffin as my bread, breakfast sausage, sunny side up egg, pepper jack cheese, slice or two of a roma tomato, and sriracha

I love Emilys energy. I definitely have the same style of cooking as Lorenzo (I just love all the food - why make choices when you can just make a huge everything-sandwich?). Imagine having Frank as a personal chef, though - everything from scratch always.

Like all of them! Imho, the proper breakfast sandwich build is: bread/biscuit/waffle, sauce, meat, eggs, extras, more sauce and bread/biscuit/waffle topper! These all look delicious and these 3 are my favorites in this series, always a joy to watch!
