When you do these steps, it may help reduce hair fall, like it helped me. Keep your scalp fresh by washing it frequently. Use a soft shampoo. Make certain to get sufficient sleep every night. Wash your hair 2-3 times a week with liiitlleextra coocoonino shampoo. Apply the oil to your scalp 2-3 times per week. After cleansing your hair, gently pat it dry with an soft towel.

I just want to remember everyone that the basics for hair health comes from with in, so keep that diet balance people! 😜 Also I totally recommend applying a few drops of oil on the lengths before you wash it. Just a small quantity everytime, in a way that's doesn't height down the hair. I've done this with castor oil when my hair was super dry and frizzy, helped a lot!

Protip: when washing your hair, either with your fingers or a shampoo brush, do side to side motions instead of circles--circle motions tend to tangle the hair more.

I personally use 2cups rice to 4cups warm/cool water, let it sit 2 hours! I use Dream Length S & C 2 xs weekly. I put Castor oil, Vit E oil & argan oil on my hair(leave on overnight). My hair is waist length(Nature Bounty Hair 5000mcg 4 cap-daily)..
The style you wear your hair to bed in is very common in the Dominican Republic, we call it a "Tubi". I am not saying Dominicans invented it, I really don't think they did but, it literally is a blow out saver!
May i say something! When you said : i found that my hair are significantly less damaged when i airdry them.. Actually they're not. What happens is that the same way a straigthener works, the airdryer just close the cuticule of your hair fiber with the heat and so they can look more smooth and soft.

air drying is very true atleast for me! my hair also gets greasier way faster if i let it air dry, so blow drying helps with both of them so thats why i prefer it for myself🙏🏻
Try using a cotton t-shirt to dry your hair, I had very messy frizzy hair caused by using a towel on it after a shower. I get frizz occasionally still but my hairs appearance is so much better now than it was.
A good trick is to put a good amount of oil on your hair so then your hair becomes waterproof and there's a barrier between your hair and the water. It works really well

I absolutely love castor oil and argan oil. I like to mix the two together so I can better distribute the oil throughout my scalp. I like to use coconut oil for my shaft but I do have to use sulfates to get the oil residue out of my hair.
Just some advice, I would say to shower on Wednesdays and Sundays to even it out a little bit more. Because when u wait from Sunday to Thursday ur waiting four days and your hair can get really oily, but I think u know what ur doing so dw abt it.💖💖💖

Instead of sulfate-based shampoo to remove castor oil, we use a small bit of baking soda in our regular shampoo. Works best! It's exactly what our functional doctors recommend to remove it after a castor oil pack. 👌
Us Dominicans use that wrap around hair protectant style to preserve your hair from creasing. We use what is like a hair next wrap that we call a tubi (doobie) !

Also the thing you said about blow drying vs air drying makes sense, I rarely use heat oh my hair, I don't need to use a blow dryer on my hair cause my hair is straight, BUT I feel whenever I do blow dry my hair it feels smoother and also looks better if that makes any sense

When airdrying what hair type does it affect? because I air dry my hair and I dont get no damage

The tips audrey provided help with frizzy and dry hair. investing in a good hair mask and hair serums is a good start I recommend

If you can't rinse Oil from hair use conditioner and leave it for few minutes. It'll rinse even without szampoo 😉

When its wet I use the tangle teezer I find that a wide tooth comb rips my hair 😕

So much work. I am all for natural beauty but, I have to admit that sometimes I get tired, extremely tired of having the same hair care routine all over again. I almost have no time due to my job in my free days because it all goes towards my hair.
Also the thing you said about blow drying vs air drying makes sense, I rarely use heat oh my hair, I don't need to use a blow dryer on my hair cause my hair is straight, BUT I feel whenever I do blow dry my hair it feels smoother and also looks better if that makes any sense

I use morroccan oil shampoo and condiotioner and after the shower it’s a 10.My hair is straight and waist length and it’s really soft

I used rice water when I was trying to grow out my hair (it’s just a medium length now). Rice water is like magic. I haven’t used it in a while but maybe I should get back into it.
