    "Sometimes I just have to sacrifice certain aspects of my routine" absolutely. My hair lived in a claw clip or a bonnet for the first five months. My son is now 7 months and I've just been able to actually blow-dry it for the first time since he was born.

      @@gaganpreetkalkat2600 If your hair is on the dryer side, try oiling your hair at least 30 minutes before washing your hair, search inversion method on UA-cam and follow it, and don't be too harsh when you're washing your hair/scalp because it could cause more hair loss

    Her hair is SO gorgeous!!!!! It is extremely shiny! Glad she uses sulfate free shampoo. 😍 holy crap she uses A LOT of heat on her hair!!! Blow dryer, straightener and then curling wand. 😳. I really like that she uses Olaplex 3 and K18.

    Oh my goodness! I wish I was able to do what you do! I've recently gotten more into taking care of my hair but it's been really rough trying find the time to research for my hair and then actually find the time to enact that routine considering I'm in highschool right now and have been overloaded with work! Maybe one day I'll have the chance!

      Don’t stress yourself out. Honestly. Hair should work for you you shouldn’t work for your hair. Let the products do the work. For everyone it’s different but I wash my hair with a clarifying shampoo on Sunday and deep condition just the ends. I then use leave in conditioner and a tiny bit of oil on the ends. I braid my hair in the morning and I have braids in till Thursday. Then Thursday night I use any shampoo and conditioner use leave in conditioner and oil. I let it air dry, spray heat protectant and then curl it in the morning and hairspray. I put it in a bun at night to keep the curls. This is just what I do but I have the healthiest hair of my life now.

    I’ve used pureology for years and suggest you don’t use that large amount of shampoo it’s concentrated. Also use a different shampoo(one that’s not hydrating) for the 1st shampoo and use pureology for the 2nd shampoo. I’ve used matrix biolage for the 1st shampoo and that’s worked great. Otherwise it will make your hair excessively oily.

    I’ve been losing a lot of hair this year it seems like..and I feel like it’s just getting thinner and thinner😭 Is there anything I can do to help prevent so much hair loss and thicken my hair somehow, without using a whole bunch of different hair products?
    Also, I try not to use heat on my hair too much. But even when I hardly everrr used heat on my hair it still was kinda dry and had pretty bad ends and like just dead from mid length to the ends😔

    Hi Audrey! I recently started watching ur videos and it works amazing but I have a question…. In my place we don’t get clarifying shampoo and even if it is here it is costly… so is it safe to use baking soda and water as a clarifying shampoo? I saw this remedy from google…

    • @TracyD2
      @TracyD2 2 роки тому +3

      No the pH is to high and can damage your hair. You are better off using a shampoo WITH sulfates for your clarifier. Even if you lower the PH after the baking soda wash with vinegar rinse, the constant opening and closing of cuticles will weaken hair. You can use a clay wash if you for some reason don’t want to ever use sulfates. Those work really well. Many a UA-cam video or herbs like cassia obvogata or alma will help clarify and strengthen and the shine omg. Plus alma helps with hair growth. Many choices but baking soda.
