The hair on my head started thinning significantly following an extremely stressfull time in my life. So, I myself researched the net and decided to experiment with a hair oil called litttleextra coocoonion & a comb made of neem wood. It really definitely made a difference. Now, I have long, dense, dark hair that has reached my waist and cut off three times after I began using it. Simple & good. Also, just as good can be massaging your scalp - it stimulates the growth. You only must do this weekly. Before long, you'll see new hair growing in.
Following applying cocoonniion shampoo over a week or so, this product began to show improved effects than other shampoo. Currently, I’ve noticed no more hair loss issues and the smell is so good and my strands are becoming longer steadily but its at the very least working.
I noticed when I don’t blow dry my hair it’s gets oiler faster and looks super frizzy. I just wait till it’s 80% dry before I dry it. Rosemary water has been an absolute game changer for my hair shedding. It’s so easy to make and inexpensive. You taught me so much, Aubrey. If it wasn’t for all your tips I’ve followed over the years my hair would be horrible, like it was after I got Covid. Thank you.♥️

I feel exactly the same when I don't blow dry my hair
Blow drying smoothes the cuticles. That's why it doesn't look frizzy. Normally, hair frizzes, but blow dry makes it just look healthy. Hair hates heat.
@@LuisaH2022 That’s usually my hair routine. It takes me so long to do it because of my injuries. Plus my hair is so dry from the desert weather so I cut back on being rough on my hair.
I genuinely am so glad you covered the blow drying tactic - I had seen so many videos saying that it was so bad for your hair so I stopped blow drying and only naturally drying....and lo and behold, I had the most frizz, dried out, damage-prone hair I had ever had in my life. I am so glad I realized air drying is not suitable at least for me and my thinner hair type. I wait until it is over half dry while its soaking up all the after shower treatments (oil, heat protectant, leave in conditioner, etc) and then dry and it has saved my hair again. I'm looking forward to trying that Redken acidic bonding perfecting cream and other oil treatments post blowdrying as you're right, every time I have put oil in my dry hair it has helped tame the frizz/humidity and I'm hoping that those products or ones similar might help my hair become even more shiny and health like yours. Just goes to show that you need to find what works for you and not believe that only one way is right in regards to what works best for you and your needs. Thanks for the great video and nice to see you again Aubrey
You can wash your wooden brush with some hand soap or gentle shampoo, dry off excess water with a paper towel and then let it dry completely at least for a day. Soaking it for a long time is what destroys the wood as well as not letting it dry before storing it.
Girl, I totally feel you! Matching shampoos and conditioners can be such a pain, and it's just one more thing to stress about. That's why I love that you mix and match yours! It's like you're breaking the rules and doing your own thing, and I'm all for it! Plus, it's a great way to customize your hair care routine to fit your specific needs. Thanks for being such a rebel and showing us that there's more than one way to do things!
Wait did I hear that right? You buy a new hairbrush every month?? I know wood brushes are biodegradeable but that seems awfully wasteful to repurchase so often. I have a TEK brush which is quite expensive so I just clean it every week by removing all the hair/dust that accumulates on the bristles then I shampoo, wash and airdry it. Don't let it soak in water though, or else the wood will splinter.

I'm so glad I found this video. I have been considering growing out my hair (I've had a pixie cut for about 6 years) and I've been watching hair care videos for about four days now and so far this is the only video where the person speaking has a very similar hair type to mine: thin, bone-straight, oily. I've never been able to go more than 3 days without washing my hair. Thank you for your input, I've saved this video for when my hair actually does start to grow out so I can find these products and routine patterns again. ❤❤ (It's especially great because we have the same name lol).

I’ve been on a search since they discontinued Neutrogena Anti Residue Shampoo. I see you have a bottle in your shower. That was my daily shampoo as I have very oily scalp and particular skin and that cleared it right up. I need sulfates since I get pretty dirty working with horses/sweaty with helmets and hats on. I’ve not found a daily shampoo yet to replace my Neutrogena so I’m here looking for ideas. Thanks!

This is just a question.. won’t just putting oil on your hair then just washes it out immediately not do anything for your hair? I have somewhat oily hair, and I leave oils in my hair for 2-3 hours then I wash. Ofc everyone is different!

Love your videos so much ❤Just wondering if you still use coconut oil on your lengths/ends? Also, do you only use heat protectant before heat styling? or do you use heat protectant spray + an oil? I feel like I might be using too many products in my hair 😅
What you said about the ends and air dry 😱 I’ve got long hair and the ends are terrible! I’ve never had trouble before and now I’m thinking it’s from air drying! What’s the best/fastest way to fix the ends once they’re dry/damaged? Like what’s the quick fix and then I see the suggestions to prevent it from happening again. Thank you!!
I also just learned about the air drying thing and will now let my hair dry 80% of the way with a microfiber towel and then blow dry on low cool setting with a heat protectant. However, I used to have damage ends from constant hair dyeing and now my hair is healthier. Pretty much everything she mentioned is what I do. A leave in conditioner really helped my hair. I oil the ends of my hair before every shower and only wash my hair 2-3x a week. How often you wash is based on your hair type and scalp health. I also changed the type of brushes I used. If your ends are already dead and have split ends, only way to get rid of them is a trim/cut your hair even if your hair “looks healthy”. You need to regularly trim your hair for hair health and growth.

My hair dries really fast when it’s air dries I hate when the hairdressers use the hairdryer it leaves a weird smell I know it is damaging. It depends on hair texture and what you prefer.
Definitely! My hair takes forever to air dry but a fast drying towel helps get most of the water out then my times cut in half compared to a t shirt or regular towel. 7hrs normally, 3or so with fast dry towel, I still don’t blowdry because that takes me forever and I use the less heat is better excuse but yeah

Anyone that can suggest products like these in South Africa (looking for budget friendly)? The only cost effective option I can find that Audrey has used is Herbal Essences. Everything else I have to import or the price is just unreachable...

Hi! I really want to know, would you recommend just regular Pantene shampoo?
pantene shampoo has a TON of silicone it’s very bad for your hair
how long did it take to grow your hair out?
I do all this, I’ve even bought some of these products but as soon as I dry my hair, 2-3 hours later, it’s really greasy again. I’m washing all the shampoo out, not putting conditioner on my roots, everything. What do I do?
Hope I can save up for an airwrap some day 🙏☺️
How can I keep my ends healthy South Africa
What ratio of the 3 hair oils do you use and recommend?
HELP: are silicones good? more hair routines say silicones are bad. all my products r silicone free. I have coarse 3a-3b curly hair. anyone pls help? my hair is kinda heat damaged: split ends, breakage. but still fixable. should I use silicones? what abt sulphates. I was doing the cgm, so my products don't have both. but ive also heard that silicones are good for shine and moisture and repair as long as u wash them out properly, if u don't wash them out properly, they build a layer that actually prevents moisture from getting in. pls HELP
