at the third round we could see how josh is much more of a conceptor, he does more commentary than the actual cooking and just thinks and thinks whereas ollie goes and become much more of an enactor where he immediately does the cooking, even with just the simplest ideas, if its gonna work, then it will work lol

For those who were wondering, Mr Z giving a "Jolly" wasn't about the channel's name! In Italian the "jolly" card is the wildcard, and so we often use it in these kinds of situations as a metaphor to represent someone or something who can come in and help, doing anything that is needed

If you did watch the previous episode where they tasted british-italian food, Josh mentioned we wanted Mr. Z to pick food items that he think are good italian cooking in the UK. It'll always be Jolly with Josh and Olly no matter what content they do.

I just want to say, I sooo love Mr. Z's presence in this channel. He balances the chaos of Josh and Ollie very well!
I love that first round Ollie was pure chaos but third round Ollie was fully focused on winning, while Josh was soon out of his comfort zone with no path to follow. This competition was the perfect illustration of the two personalities of JOLLY. Loved it
The combination of your chaos and Mr. Z's calmness and politeness is fantastic, hoping to see him again in future episodes!

I feel the last three years of watching them I’d assumed they’d be good cooks! I genuinely thought watching these two that they could cook…little did I know this was far from the truth! 🤣
Ollie’s creativity is what allowed him to win the last challenge, in my opinion. He looked at the ingredients and was able to envision a dish (even if he forgot the pea shoots lmao) and actually put it together. Whilst Josh probably has a more refined palette from always eating in and out with Gabbie, Ollie has quite good instincts, though he can’t seem to cook grains or pasta. 😂 Well done, Ollie!! I actually wanted to try that lamb dish for myself. 🌟

Can’t say I usually watch infomercials but this was by far the best one. Also adored the look on the chefs face when Josh offered him a tiny bit of lamb with a giant garlic. As someone that lived in Korea I completely agree with Josh, that is where the flavor is.
How can Mr. Z be so calm in all of this? I literally had a minor aneurism watching it. That's a pro for you I guess

The first round had instructions, so Josh was calm and collected. But the third round was dependent on creativity, where you can see Ollie thrive and Josh gets stumped.

Ollie is the definition of chaotic good
Three things I want to say:
1.- Ollie started being really chaotic which was triggering but was more collected by the final round, that's cool.
2.- Josh on the other hand seemed more and more stressed with each round (STOP TOUCHING YOUR HAIR, YOU'RE IN THE KITCHEN!), I feel for him.
3.- The butt slap was unnecessary but enjoyable!
Agreed..IF Josh touched his hair 1 More Time..thinkin I just Might have a Stroke, especially before/after making his "Lamb Balls"!!!💯😲😵💫😳 After growing up with an older German Mom and an even older Sicilian/Italian Father that BOTH Could "Cook up a Storm",and the Touching of face/hair while cooking was Like a "Mortal Sin"!!!

Omg im dying inside watching them try and make cheese sauce. Melt the butter, add the flour, cook it out, slowly add your liquid off the heat while whisking, return to heat and cook until thick enough to hold a line on the back of your spoon when you run a finger through it, then remove from heat and stir in your cheese. Done
