1 1/3 cup warm water
let sit 5 minutes
1 egg
1 tsp salt
3 1/2 cups flour - all purpose, bread, or whole wheat
mix on setting 2 of Kitchen aid for 10 minutes or hand knead 12-15 minutes
let rise 35 minutes in bowl
shape & put it in greased loaf pan to rise another 35 minutes

Yum! I used to struggle to make good bread. It’s so rewarding when you finally find a good recipe.
Also, for the water temp for the yeast, I use a candy thermometer and aim for 105 F and that seems to work for me.
Thank you! I just realized I have a meat thermometer I probably could’ve used to figure that out 😂
I learned a good trick for the perfect temp water.
Boil a kettle/pot.
From the total amount you need, do 1/3 boiling water, 2/3 cold water. Never fails me 😊
My boyfriend love it but I don’t know to make ❤thanks for your sharing
I have a lot of respect for you, I'm your fan from Brazil!

Thanks so much! You too!
My tip is to catch egg shells I love the black plastic salsa cup and the black makes it easy to see any egg shells and the ruff texture helps you catch the chips for easy removal.
Love your instructions
thanks looks easy.
This is pretty cool for days short on milk or no butter. I gotta try this 😁👍🏻
I hope you like it!
Looks so good!! Have you ever doubled it to make 2 loaves?
Yes!
Thank you💕
You’re welcome :) I hope you love it!
Her husband is very blessed to have such a wife.
How do you store it keep, keep fresh and not mold? How long does it last before going bad?
In my freezer. I talk about storage at the end of the video :)
Do you have to use the 1 egg or can you use chia seeds?
I’ve only ever made it with an egg
How are your onions doing??
They’re great! I’m thinking about posting an update soon to talk about fertilizing, watering, trimming, and general care :)
