I hope you love this bread recipe as much as I do :)
Recipe:
- 2 tsp active dry yeast
- 2 tsp sugar - white, coconut, brown, or honey
- 1 1/3 cup warm water
- let sit 5 minutes
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 1/2 cups flour - all purpose, bread, or whole wheat
- mix on setting 2 of Kitchen aid for 10 minutes or hand knead 12-15 minutes
- let rise 35 minutes in bowl
- shape & put it in greased loaf pan to rise another 35 minutes
- bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. I use my oven to convert this time & temp to convection bake
- let cool 4ish hours - until loaf is cool on the bottom
- slice
