Just a suggestion, If you sauté the veggies first, the frittatas would cook faster & uniform. Also can be made in air fryer in silicone muffin molds. Sprinkle Everything but the Bagel on top.

They come out perfect, and are closer to the Starbucks sous vide style. I put them in a flat container to freeze, and when ready to eat we pop them in the air fryer for about 5-6 minutes. They are so easy and fast to make, but the key is cooking them in the microwave on lower power setting. Mine is power 4, but Anyday cookware has a recipe with guidelines to follow. You may have to play around with your microwave settings to find the perfect way for your microwave, but OMG, when you do, it´s life changing. I will likely never cook eggs on a stove or oven again except maybe boiled eggs, but I’m working on that for the microwave too. All my eggs come out perfect in the microwave. 😊

We do that for our summer when we're getting ready to go out for a couple weeks but we wrapped them in burritos. And then we just put it in the microwave. We do dinner ones and breakfast ones. It saves us a lot of money from going out eating on the road

I would make these like this egg whites, spinach, sautéed red onion, spinach, jalapeño,bell peppers, minced garlic, Himalayan salt, crack black pepper, paprika, cilantro with pepper Jack cheese or mozzarella cheese. Lmk if you guys try it

When you crack your eggs on the edge of the bowl like you did, don’t you find that you get pieces of egg shells in with the eggs. Just crack the egg on the inside flat edge of the bowl or the flat counter top and that should reduce the tiny egg shell particles.

Flash freeze them on a parchment lined cookie sheet before putting them in the freezer bag. Prevents them from sticking together. ❤

GRILL THE VEGGIES IN THE PAN FIRST WITH SOME GARLIC AND CUMIN- then add the whisked eggs!! Yummy!!
Then the veggies will be very over cooked.
